Trying to be perfect one day or forever it’s too much, having a little fun here and there makes the process to maintain for a lifetime doable and enjoyable, I got to my goal eating Ice Cream, Cookies, Cake etc...Close to 10 years ago, I lost 45 lbs and I’m not struggling because I’m not on or off anything I tried restricting in the past but it never lasted...Lesson learned!!!1

Oh god, you too? I went for almost 2 years without doing that. Now, it's like I can't stop! Even weighing it out has no impact. My self control has gone out the window. That said, just for today: I AM going to keep it together!3 -
