    @sarahw18 Hang in there! These bodies do what they do when they want, you are doing the right things!

    @airbeat After dinner snacking is a common weakness here- sometimes I just go to bed early to get myself out of temptation. Sometimes I just white knuckle it and "close the kitchen". Sometimes I leave calories for one favorite treat. The easiest nights are the ones I have eaten enough protein during the day. Sometimes I binge. But it's getting easier!

    @FarmerCarla It’s not fair, is it? Sorry, I don’t have any ideas to get him to gain other than high carb plus high fat. Mine won’t give up corn and soda so I’ll be happy with the changes he has made. Now if I could get him to take the Brain Octane oil that is supposed to help with cognitive function I would be thrilled!

    @susiemcmac go Bears!! My husband has always been a huge fan, and we are not even anywhere near Illinois. You have the right mindset though, you can get back on track!
