    @MyEvolvingJourney - I was diagnosed with BPPV (positional vertigo) by a family Doctor. The Epley maneuver is usually used to treat this. I treated it myself successfully a few years ago using internet videos. It wasn't working this time and after mentioning it during Round 49, @quiltingjaine sent me the following message:

    @jaccimc63 At 68 years, 61”, and sedentary, my Garmin has my calories at 1340. I think you may need to increase your calories a bit. And...

    As crazy as this thing sounds, it works. A neighbor loaned me his and I did the adjustment twice in a row and the vertigo was gone. It isn’t cheap but it’s so worth it IMHO.

    You have to know which ear is causing the issue but it worked in one day for me. It showed me that I wasn't doing the maneuver exactly the right way on my own. It was worth every penny.

    @FarmerCarla On Keto Carbs are a limit, Protein is a target, and Fat is the lever to satiety. CALORIES are not part of that equation. Did you see the picture I posted yesterday?

    @airbeat Five pounds in 8 days is very good. Keep at it!

    I don’t remember how I figured out which ear was my problem but it was somewhere on the internet. It may even have been on the dizzy fix website,

    @lolakinks Who control’s your diet, if not you??

    @AR10at50 WHAT?? RATTLESNAKE??

    I’m so frustrated by trying to help people who are expressing problems but don’t, apparently, read posts in which they are tagged. I guess they have turned off notifications and don’t read every post.
