Hi. I'm late to the party but this is my main slip up. I tend to snack while I am prepping my kids' lunches for the next day- which I usually do right before bed (930-10). I am going to set the bar of not eating after 8 pm. Since there have been only 3 days in October I can sadly say that I am 0 for 3. But hoping this helps!

Oh yeah, had a good night last night! Finally exerted some control over LNS. Having a hard and fast cut off time (8 pm) helps me.
