Well, I wasn't up eating Japanese at 1am last night but I did have a banana at 11:59 so that's a little better. The only reason I had that is because I was having severe leg cramps and I was hoping it would help me sleep a little better because the last time I took a Flexeril that late I it wrecked me the next day.

So the sleep meds my doctor prescribed just aren't working. I am still getting up several times a night and eating.
Texted her today explaining the situation and she said to go ahead and double the dosage. Stay tuned.

Had a stressful day yesterday. Coped with eating late night style.3 -
Did good yesterday. I'm trying to stay under 100 carbs per day. I did have a ice cream bar that was store bought in a pack. This is still more controlled calories instead of getting a Blizzard from DQ. I only eat one, so I feel like I was in control.

Yes, I am doing better this month. Thank you for noticing. It must be the due to the rhythm of the tides because I've not changed anything, attitude or otherwise.

I would love to join this challenge! I struggle with getting to sleep as I keep thinking and over thinking stuff from the day again and again and suspect I have a bit too much background anxiety. Anyhow, over time i think this is why i tend to take food to my room before bed and eat it all and often quickly because I at least feel numbed and sleepy ish after wards (usually) 🤢😔 and then feel sick and totally embarrassed and ashamed and cross with myself.
So I am aiming to try to not eat anything after 9pm (in Spain the days are orientated around the evening so it's hard).
So starting on a fresh leaf! Thank you for a good idea. Accountability is the best motivation 🙂 and helps trying to stay positive.

Me and LNS are tied again. Last night was bad. Like full on bingeing on cookies and other crap while I prepped my kids lunches for the next day. That seems to be my big trigger for LNS. I am not a morning person at all, otherwise I would try to just make their lunches in the morning when I am not hungry. I might try to do them earlier in the evening before the kids go to bed.2 -
