Slowly but surely
Maybe next week I can get 2 pounds down but that’s with REAL commitment lol. I ate out 3 times this week with friends. I’m still calorie counting and staying under but I’m sure pizza, pho and sushi aren’t helping.2 -

OMG... I am so struggling here and I don't get it. I'm really working on being active and I'm averaging 13000 steps per day... The food scales is back out and I've even cut out my weekend glass of wine Of course I had my son's birthday party at the weekend and cake was consumed, but just a slice! I didn't eat the whole thing! Hope to see a whoosh next week after the full moon has passed!!

I'll have to report in on my weight tomorrow. I did great all weekend, but wasn't home with my scale and there's no way I'm weighing in the evening, lol.1

I have never joined this type of support group...am so tired of losing weight then becoming caught up in outside influences and allowing that to bring me down...then in comes the bad choices with eating. You all look to be on a similar journey to start living life ..loving and believing in yourselves. I AM IN!!

I am in. I need accountability. I had lost over 20lbs in the past in fall 2015 found out surprise we expecting our 4th child. In January 2016 my father had accident due to sepsis, Jan 2nd pulled the plug, in Feb found out we we're having a daughter. After 3 boys we having a little girl. On July 13, 2016 would came crashing down when we heard I sorry there is no heart beat at 38 weeks 6 days. I been trying to focus on what i eat to be healthy for my boys.5

I am 63 days into Keto and just have started exercising into my routine, currently 23 pounds down, another 20 would be fabulous to bring me to an even 140lbs by February. I would love to celebrate my 2nd anniversary at my lowest weight in the past several years. My ultimate end goal is to eventually hit 123lbs for a grand total of 60lbs lost from starting weight!5
