    Yes my body fat is 50% TDEE IS 1761.. I did all this. I got on a body composition scale. I have gained muscle metabolism improved a bit but I didn’t lose weight. Like I said 🤷🏽‍♀️. Now I’m walking 4 miles a day and eating 1000 calories some times more or less but every week now I’m losing 🤷🏽‍♀️
