            Hi, KnottyJen, not sure where captain elmobabie is but I'm sure she'll be back. I don't exactly know how all the points are calculated, and I'm not sure whether some of the other ladies have sent PMs to our captain directly instead of posting here. We haven't taken a water/rest day yet that I know, I think maybe we are doing that Sunday of this coming week? Or should it have been Sunday of last week. No idea. The previous week it was Thursday but we were hoping to change it to a different day.

            I drank tons of water on Sunday and was under cals, if that's our goal. For Monday I had 60 minutes cardio = 30 points, yes to nutrition and no to exercise challenge (don't know what they are this week and I'm on vacation so likely won't do them). I will likely have at least 10-30 points for daily exercise and meet nutrition challenges and no exercise challenges every day this week, I will report when I can.0
