    Day/Weight/Comment
10/25— 145.8 I ate Mexican for lunch yesterday with a business group, but was very careful (but I do love Guacamole!) Then I binged on chocolate candy at our meeting and was ashamed of myself. However, I am SO proud of myself that I didn’t let that become a terrible day for the rest of the day! Instead, after that, I regained control of myself, got in extra exercise, drank lots of water and had only 5 broiled shrimp and some steamed veggies for dinner. As of right now, I did NOT gain! Lost .2 in fact. THAT is a success!
10/26—145.8 Thankful that it stayed the same. Was afraid that chocolate might show up this morning, but it didn’t. YAY! Raining hard here today, so outdoor steps will be a challenge.
10/27—145.2 Slow but steady. I’m good with that!
10/28—144.4 I’m so glad I have come back to this group! It really does help me focus and make better choices throughout the day. I’ve been in maintenance, but was slipping into some, not really bad habits, but habits that will not serve me well in the long haul. I think checking in here everyday will help me continue to be a healthier version of myself.
10/29—145.8 Well I knew that was too good to be true. Our bodies are such teasers sometimes, aren’t they? Will start chipping away at it again. My body has come to really love maintenance. Snacked on too many almonds yesterday and didn’t drink enough water.
10/30—145.8 This is my body’s favorite weight. I’ve been here a lot over the last few months during maintenance.
10/31–145.8 Still here. Even had a few pieces of Halloween candy yesterday, but increased my activity level to offset it, so it’s all good. I’m perfectly happy here :-)
    11/01
    11/02
    11/03

    I’m so happy for you!!!

10/31 70.5kg, this is deserved. Went completely overboard with cookies last night watching the final of Great British Bake Off. The cookies werr meant for my husband's advent calendar - turns out he's not bothered about them... Off for a run now. I'm doing ok with exercise, but can't get in the zone for yoga. I'll start that next week again.
The next days/ will be challenging, many good bye drinks and meals. I will still check in, but may not log exactly.

That show. My daughters like to go to the bakery, bring it to our house, then watch while eating. I'm glad they decided to stop.

I just walked/ran a 5km virtual race! It was the zombie, run! Halloween virtual race. It was a lot of fun, despite my stomach cramps.

If you're talking about cramps in your side when running, be sure you exhale completely. If you take deep breaths through your nose (extending your stomach) and completely exhale through your mouth (I tighten my abs and give a little puff at the end of the exhale) before taking the next breath, you can avoid side cramps. I breath in for 3 steps and out for 3 steps (forcing every bit of breath out) when I start, then breath in 2 steps and out 2 steps as exertion becomes more intense.

If your cramps were digestive, I offer sympathy.

@tiabirdie56 I’m not sure it was the elliptical as it happened on Saturday and I did the elliptical on Thursday. I’ve been having periodic cramps in my right calf for a few months. Generally I can feel it starting and get it to stop. This one was quick and I couldn’t get out of my chair fast enough. (Legs up, cat in lap, yada yada. )

@TonyB0588 Do you log everything you put in your mouth? WW calls them BLTs - Bites, Licks & Tastes.

@bisonpitcher You may stay in the group as long as you want. Some are at maintenance and continue to post. It’s all good!

@puttyputty I’m so glad to see you again! Yes, getting behind on this thread it’s so hard to catch up. After being gone all day yesterday and not looking at FB, I have about 50 notifications waiting. SMH

10/29 130.5 I had the worst Charlie Horse in my right calf and foot yesterday. It took a few minutes for Carl to break it up and it was stressful I was shaking after. Today I have residual pain. Going to meet my friend at the gym at 2 with my new HR monitor. I didn’t know Amazon delivered on Sundays!
    10/30 130.0

I had a lot of Charlie Horses in my teen years. I would beat on them and try to massage them out. My father gave me the best advice--lay flat, legs stretched out, concentrate on relaxing, and let it go away on its own. I had my doubts, but he was right. Now, I realize more potassium in my diet may have prevented them in the first place.

Very observant @guiltingjaine, I'll figure it out before I post tomorrow. Being gone over the weekend threw me off.
