Going to the woods tomorrow so will get some hiking in.
Hi Steve! I am also in the same boat and need to get re-motivated! It's getting colder outside, so am going to have to hit the treadmill. Thanks for keeping this thread going, my intention is to keep more involved in this one! Hope you're doing well and had a good time in the woods!0 -

Hi, Cathy. Glad to see you here. We'll work on keeping this thread going and motivating each other.
I have been getting some hiking and walking in along with the lifting. Headed to the river again tomorrow for a few days - unplugged. I'll check in when I get back.

Hi All,
Just checking in. Had a major NSV this weekend. It was my hubby’s 55 birthday and he wanted to goto the casino. What is at Casios you ask? All you can eat buffets. Well I ate peel and eat shrimp, greenbeans, tomatoes, potstickers, more shrimp, tilapia, and sugar free peach pie and I STAYED WITHIN MY CALORIE ALOTMENT! I also found out my all you can eat quantities are a lot less than they used to be!3 -

Great job Kathleen! That's a lot of self control! 👏2 -
Hey hey hey! Need that kick in the *kitten*. Had two weeks of travel and camping. The good news - minimal weight gain.
The bad news - I've been slacking a bit on the exercise for the last couple of months. Worked out yesterday - going for a long walk today. Squats are on the agenda for tomorrow morning. I'm hoping this is the start of a more regular exercise regimen.1 -

Steve, I have also really been slacking on the exercise. I have all kinds of excuses lined up, but now it's just me being lazy! I see you posted some exercise this morning, so good job!!! Happy Friday Eve!1 -

Hello! I'll have to back-track and learn a bit about more people here. Back on the wagon again here.0

Hi All!
Hope you are having a great weekend. Hubby and I are getting ready for some college football and that always means snacks! We have revamped our normal menu. We now eat shrimp, turkey cocktail weinies with no surgar added BBQ sauce, chicken bites with Buffalo dipping sauce, veggies, baked chips and dip. All the above work easily into our calorie allowances and we in no way feel deprived! Have a good one!2 -

Sounds like you're back! I wish I could say the same, but I'm still working at it. It snowed yesterday and the treadmill is now broken, so have to figure out how to be creative. Have a great weekend, Steve!0 -

Hope you find a way to get your workouts in. I'm sure you'll figure out something!
I got an invitation to the river and so I went fishing for three days - plenty of movement and walking. Got the first workout of the week tonight. Squat day tomorrow.

I’m trying to be mindful as well. This is my first Christmas with these changes I’ve made. I’m going to stay within reason.0

Hit my first 25 lbs lost mark today. I'm trying to walk at least 7000 steps a day though it's hard cramming that much walking in while at work. I've been sticking to my calorie limit pretty well...even staying under.2
