Ok so I gave it a morning coffee thought and I'd like to submit my application for head of Monitoring and Evaluation, too. So can I have two positions pretty please? I'm good at multitasking.
The reason is, there will be projects in this company of ours. Big, grandiose projects. Cunning, cunning plans. Involving fire hydrants and water coolers and stuff. We will probably produce something other than mayhem. So all of this, it needs to be assessed. I volunteer to create the monitoring framework and KPIs for our initiatives. The real great ones we'll consider for upscaling and replication.1 -
