I derailed myself last year undoing a lot of good work. After a long absence from myfitnesspal I am back on track. This 10 day challenge seems like something I can do. I joined with Round 57. This is my 3rd consecutive round. The less said about round 58 the better.

11/14: 67.5 - Really didn't feel well yesterday morning, which is why I forgot to post. Pretty bad day, over calories, and a very low burn. Being ill is really taking it out of me.11/15: 67.1 - Better. Was trying to eat about maintenance, but because I'm still not feeling well my burn is way down so I ended up over again. These last three days have not been good for the calorie balance and is completely messing up all my spreadsheet tracking. I'm starting to come out the other side, so I'm hopeful that I can make the week balance out and not end up over for the week. I think it might be time to start making some sensible choices again.

My 20th Round! I can guarantee that I would not have lost these last 28 pounds without this challenge. These next 10 days are going to include a birthday party and Thanksgiving with out of town relatives staying at my house, so I’m sure my ending weight will reflect that. However, this year I’m going to be prepared and enjoy this time with family, knowing I’ll be able to minimize the damage with the help of this challenge in the coming weeks.

11/15 - 144.5 - I'm glad to see a downward trend before all the celebrating this weekend and next week. NSV - I'm wearing a pair of dress pants today that my husband bought me when we were dating in 2000. I grew out of them fairly quickly back then, but I loved them, so I kept them in the back of my closet. Funny thing is, they're a size 12. Most 12's fall off me now so I measured the waist size and it's 31.5 inches. It's crazy how how much sizing has changed in women's clothes.

11/14 146.6 I'M BAAAAACCCK! I was worried about weighing myself this morning because LNS took over and I ate a couple of chocolate bars before bed, on top of that I had a rest day when it came to exercising (even though Sunday was my last rest day and I usually don't have one so close to the other) but I am so happy I am back to down to the weight I was at before the weekend destroyed me. I will be getting back at it today! Yesterday I was emailed my schedule for winter, beach volleyball and it starts on Tuesday...I am so excited but so nervous, haven't played since elementary school lol so needless to say it will be a lot different and I don't want to let anyone down in case I am not the best player. We will have to see.
11/15 145.6 worked out, drank a little over 1 liter of water and ate under Calories. So far so good, just planning to keep this going throughout the whole round this time Lol

@jaccimc63 congrats on the NSV. I totally understand what you are saying about clothing! One pair of pants I own are a size 10 another a size 12 and then fit the same ..sheeesh4

CW: 128.8 this a.m. (was 129.7 last week the last time I posted in round 58 I think! -- so...progress....)
GW: I'd like to get back to the 120 range -- even 118! -- so -10 lbs. goal
It's those LAST TEN POUNDS! I was able to get down to 125 again a few weeks ago, then life took over -- birthday, traveling, etc. -- but it even those 4 pounds different felt GREAT! The feeling I get in my body when I lose is so MOTIVATING -- I love feeling thin and healthy. So, I keep trying. Good luck this round everyone!

(One I hit it I will look and see what I want to do from there)
Goal for the next 10 days (based on the 211 number) - 208.5
Target for Nov. 30th - 206 (may not quite hit it but should come close)

Not really happy that it has gone up over the last few days but I did get all my water in!! The goal for today is to get all my calories and see if that helps.
