21st Round for me: Female 65, height – 5’
Here we are again. Looked over all my rounds and realized that I’ve only lost around 3 lb. total. 😖 I’d lost about 4 lb. on MFP before joining this challenge. I feel like I’ve lost around 10 – which I have. I also gained 7. Have to be less complacent about it. New maxim: each round counts.Round 39 (1st for me) – SW 163, loss -.2Round 60 – SW 161.6, Goal this round under 160
Round 40 – on holidays, gain +1.6

Ultimate Goal Weight – 128; Hoping to be under 140 by end of June. This is less than 1 lb. per round but as I realize that may not be possible as I get lower (1 lb per round would put me at 131).

11/24 159.8 It’s great way to start a new round with a lower number than the last round! Thor and I walked 4.2 miles today. We’re slowly increasing our distance when my foot doesn’t hurt. On Monday I’ll see a podiatrist. I’m happy to be back for another round with you friendly folks! I pray it will be a great round for everyone here.
11/25 159.4 Nice to see, but, while my weight has gone down, I ate a little pecan pie and drank a little eggnog for the last three days, and my ketone level is down to less than .1. That’s my wake-up call—enough pie! I may have to put the last couple of slices in the freezer to give to my husband over time. He’s still working on the pumpkin pie, and there’s a lot of pumpkin cake left. It will disappear if he takes it to work tomorrow. To my credit, I haven’t even tasted the pumpkin cake. I give thanks every day, but I’m glad that holiday is behind me.
11/26 160.2 Whoops, I should have listened to myself yesterday. Last night, I made the decision that one ounce of pie and half a roll probably wouldn’t hurt me. Wrong! Beginning today, I will, once more, fully embrace the keto guidelines. What was I thinking? It’s cool out, so Thor and I can take a little walk and see if the pad the doctor put on my foot this morning is helpful. If I don't walk soon, I'll fall asleep--I could use a nap. I'm thankful I still have time to get back in the 150’s before the end of this round.

UGW: updated 67-63kg (148-139lbs)
Goals for Round 60 (starting Sunday afteroon)
- go for 2 runs - 1 run done
- do my body weight routine 3x
- do yoga - Mon done
11/24 - no scale
11/25 - 70.5kg (weighed in afternoon)
11/26 - 70.9 in the morning after Pizza and chocolate last night. Started my day with yoga and back to logging today. I ate some food I didn't weigh as I was cooking with a colleague and went out for lunch, but estimated generously. Did a treadmill run, better than my last run and weighed after my shower (before dinner) and weighed 69.9!!!! No idea how this happened, but it made me so happy. Probably just sweated it all out. But still, good to see this number on the scale.

Did better this last round, but Thanksgiving ended me kind of high. Saw 152 and 153 last round but couldn’t stay consistent. Bounced around a lot between those and 155. So my goal this round is to get 152 consistently by the end of this round. No vacations or holidays, so I should be able to focus more the next couple of rounds. I know I still have to live life and half of this journey is learning how to live and enjoy life, but at the same time not over indulging all of the time. So here is to round 60, good luck everybody!

11/24 156.7 better than my 158 yesterday but still higher than I would have liked to see. I knew it was going to be rough this weekend. My son and his girlfriend are leaving today to go back to school. So we are having a fair well lunch at this bbq place in town. Going to try and do well today and hopefully at least get back under 155 by Monday.
11/25 - 158.9 ouch! This 4 day weekend was just about as bad as my vacation a couple weeks ago. Back on track Monday morning. Hopefully I can drink lots of water and do half way decent today. Still tons of leftovers though in the house. So glad tomorrow is Monday and I can get back on schedule. Had an amazing holiday though and that’s what’s important.
11/26 - 157.9 Did better yesterday but, not great. I was hoping to at least see 156 something this morning, but didn't. Brought my salad to work for lunch and will make turkey pot pie for dinner (crust-less for me) and that will be the end of our leftovers. I can tell just the way my ring fits on my finger, my sodium levels are down from this weekend already. Lots of water and will stay on track this week. November has been rough. I have been all over the place. I have seen 152 all the way up to 159. I'm ready for some consistency.

Round 60
Please join us! Starting on 11/24 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 60
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Just wanting to do a check-in. Got my hour of cardio today, but it was really hard. I like this thread and hope everyone's doing well, or just coming back to say hi, and stuff. You know, years ago when I had my most success at lowering my weight, I was on Calorie Count. But over the years they changed how their community features worked, and the support was gone. Only the most popular people really got any feedback, and it left you feeling alone. I actually attribute this to their eventual failure as a site. So I hope to be staying in these ten-day challenges for a sense of being part of a group. There may be days where I don't even log calories, but I'll always come here, I think.11 -

11/24- New start for me. The doctor told me yesterday all I went through to indulge during the holidays. With being on steroids twice, my weight is high having a hard time finding a Christmas dress so no indulging.
11/25- I found a dress, my first big party coming up on Saturday, some of my friends don't even know that I had a brain tumour. Goal this week to get more exercise in.
11/26-Super busy day! My grandson had a very bad cough, took him the doctors office, I never saw it so busy.

I'm having a hard time finding my last message in this board on the app...
I haven't been tracking everyday. I almost never remember to get on the scale before breakfast anymore, cause my scale is in a room I rarely go in. Trying to remember, but I don't think the news is good.
I bought a pair of pants today that JUST fit me! My goal is to fit into them comfortably by the end of December.

Had a couple of appointments today. Was off the water schedule as there was so much sneezing, coughing etc. in the bathroom and waiting room and I was there 2 hours! I didn't want to use the bathroom. Believe me. This day did not go as planned all the way around. Yesterday either. Work was terrible and lasted 12 hours instead of 11. New plan now to not have early appointments etc.....and how to not let the days run me.....11

11/24 - 241.4lb - slightly down from yesterday but I’m ok with that, my lowest yet so not too disheartened.
11/25 - didn’t weigh -
11/26 - 242.8lb - slightly up from the weekend but I didn’t go over calories so will just be water retention (snore same old story). Today is a low calorie day, going for a walk this morning and then a food shop following that.
11/27 - 241.5lb - - a bit disappointed created a really decent deficit yesterday and was ever hopeful of a new low this morning but I’m still ever so slightly up. Just got to keep persevering however do find it demotivating when the scales don’t instantly reflect my actions 😅. Hopefully I will see a decent drop in the next few days

Glad to see a small drop again today 😁 annoyed that I'm struggling to fit exercise in though (I work full time, have a 2 year old daughter and my husband has been deployed at sea for over 3 months so I'm essentially a single mum at the moment!)
I get up at 5.30 to get us both ready and it's 8pm by the time she's fed, bathed and in bed, at which point I'm knackered!
Anyway. Moan over! At least things continue to move in the right direction 👍🏻
Have a great Tuesday everyone! 💪🏻
