Hello, just found this community portal. I found myfitnesspal really helps me see where to cut or eat more of certain foods. Not far from 60 and have carried stress weight too long. Not sure if anyone visits this anymore, but I welcome any tips, etc.2

Welcome. We’re an active bunch here. I too carry stress weight. MFP definitely helps me learn what I reach for and when. That has started to help me control it n0 -
