    Going on a cruise for a week this month so shooting for 30 hours.

    11/1 - 1 hour hot yoga

    Total: 1 hour/30 hours

    11/2 - 1 hour lifting

    Total: 2 hours/30 hours

    11/3 - 30 minutes sprint cycle class/1 hour bootcamp
    11/4 thru 11/11 - vacation (lot of walking but just going to consider this a wash)
    11/12 - 1 hour bootcamp; 30 minutes elliptical

    Total: 5 hours/30 hours

    11/13 - 1 hour lifting

    I’ll take it! Proud I got here with all that happened in Nov - especially not being able to exercise outside (my preference) for 2 weeks due to hazardous smoke filled skies. Good outcome:
