    Going on a cruise for a week this month so shooting for 30 hours.

    11/1 - 1 hour hot yoga

    Total: 1 hour/30 hours

    11/2 - 1 hour lifting

    Total: 2 hours/30 hours

    11/3 - 30 minutes sprint cycle class/1 hour bootcamp
    11/4 thru 11/11 - vacation (lot of walking but just going to consider this a wash)
    11/12 - 1 hour bootcamp; 30 minutes elliptical

    Total: 5 hours/30 hours

    Got some catching up to do with you beasts!

    11/10/18 28 minute tabata workout with dumbbells, 32 minute walking & jogging intervals- 60 minutes total
    11/12/18 19 min Kettlebell circuit training, 30 minute lunchtime walk - 49 minutes total

    I have a terrible middle and outer ear infection so I haven’t been able to do yoga. Today it’s so bad that cycling might even be out of the question 😭. Such a bummer! I don’t know what to do with myself when I can’t exercise!

    Never know why I stop bc it is enjoyable after aqua classes.

    I'm in! I know I am late but thankfully I plug everything into MFP. Can I just rewrite it all out o the thread even if I am just joining?

    I usually am a great self motivator and was doing great!! but after joining a couple of competitive groups on MFP I find that when those competitions end I slow down because of "lack of resoning" weird how the brain works one day to the other. I am hoping this will keep me motivated
