If you have a choice why would you consider the lesser one?
not eating too much today, so I don't want a HUGEEEE deficit lol
if I do 5, I would need to eat moar
I still see no issue....eat more, run more. Always err on the side of excess lol
I don't have time to eat more when im working in office
ill prob end up doing 5 if I can get more food in my system throughout the day
bulkin problems
Then dont run at all. Bulk problem solved4 -

If I burn the same amount of calories as running, I'll be very happy...
Plus virtually 0 impact, and it engages your core more... Great for the wife as well1 -

yea I looked at it, looks like such a fine piece of machinery. that thing is $$$$$$$ lol
It is, but I just don't get the type of burn for my time out of the recumbent bike I have, nor the heavy bag... I'm hoping this comes close to the treadmill and if it saves my knees, it's worth every penny lol
But today it's either the bike or the heavy bag... Leaning towards the heavy bag lol...1 -

Burns on the heavy bag can be outrageous if you incorporate footwork, technique, and 100+ punches per min and work it for rounds interval style. I love bag work4 -

this stuff smells amazing
Our B&BW hand foaming soaps have arrived. One is meant to be exactly the same scent as you'd shared. Am thinking that the Shea butter in the body lotion anchors the overtly sweet sugary scent I am getting from my Vanilla Bean Noel.
Am hoping the other scents aren't as strong.

I left my heater on in my office last night.
Really glad I didn't burn the place down.4 -

I don't have a heater out of fear that I'll do this
But my feet freeze.
And then my coworker claims it's hotter than 7 hells in here.
But i'm comfortable.0 -

My feet get cold in the winter as well but I just bring a blanket and wrap myself up. It's comfy and I stay warm AND I won't burn the building down
I used to have a really cozy blanket until I changed offices. I should bring it back up here.0 -

I hear cats work real well.
But they also have heated slippers and things like this (I'm not sure it's any safer then a heater but it seems like it would be)

I hear no Olympic sport burns more calories than boxing... I usually incorporate foot work as well, but I'll be mindful of the 100 punches per minute... Thanks for the tip!
