I only started trying to lose weight the beginning of September 18 and have managed 26lbs so far. November was hard as i was struggling with motivation and then my birthday was in there too so didn’t lose as much as I wanted in November but still lost. I’m hoping to lose another half a stone by Christmas. My actual aim is to try and lose most of it by September (so would be a year) however really getting a large chunk of it off would still be good. I’m breastfeeding my one year old so trying to lose weight in a healthy consistent way.
I started at 267lb, currently 240.1lb.5 -

Another month gone! I had some surprisingly good numbers this month even with Thanksgiving. I lost 8.2 lbs in Nov and hit my next goal weight of ONDERLAND. I'm almost to my next goal weight so will likely report that (maybe then some?) by the end of the year. Even though I'm close to an end goal weight the lbs are still flying off like it's nothing. I highly recommend Keto and intermittent fasting. Changed my life.
More and more people have been joining which is awesome! I look forward to reporting back in next month and reading the new posts along the way!3 -

*Under doc supervision. Doc put me on a med to lose weight after I stayed at the same weight for 18mths, the year before I lost 25 then I was diagnosed with Fibro & the med 'may cause weight gain'... I'm just happy I didn't gain but it also is stopping me from losing. Supposed to lose 30% for 5 mths then I have to go off. Normally I wouldn't put a goal so high in such a short time frame.3 -

Hi all, I'd love to join you!
My name is Peggy. I'm a daily weigher most of the time. I started with Southbeach on 6/14/18 at 365.1 lbs. I lost 25 and I've managed to keep it off since August when I stopped. That's progress for me as I usually balloon when I go off a diet. I really want to do this with real food, not a packaged plan... I think that's the only way it will stick for me. I've lost a lot of weight multiple times in my life, but I still don't know how to eat on my own so I always gain it back plus more.
