I am so appreciative of how God is strengthening me during this time.

I'm down 10 lbs from my official start date of 1/23.( I joined 1/6 but didn't weigh in until 1/23) That's 10 lbs in one month. Yeah Yeah:happy:0

I have a question for all of you. I was just curious how you picked your ultimate goal weight. I had initially set my goal at 175. I thought that was a great number. I don't think I have been 175 since I was in 9th grade. I am not super tall but have very broad shoulders. Anyways I have been on the site for about a month and I see that most people set there goal at around 150. I know that for my BMI to be in a healthy range 150 is what I should weigh but I don't think it should always matter as long as you are healthy. Anyway just would love you thoughts. Maybe I need to set my goals a little higher.
You're right that it only matters if you are healthy. And if you reach 175.. THEN determine if you want to lose more or if that is perfect for you.
I set my first goal at 191 because that should put my BMI under 30... Then I will decide how much/if I am going to continue to lose weight.0 -

I've restarted being dedicated to getting my rump roast out of bed at 0500 to get to the gym. Man, was it tough this Morning...but I did it!!!

Heck yeah I'm in!!! Haven't been able to get under 200 in a loooong time! Come so close....hopefully this challenge will help!
