    @dowhatrightis Are you tracking your macros? I don’t count calories. Meeting your protein macro is most important, using healthy fats to satisfy and your carbs should be healthy carbs and not exceed your macro. Carbs are a limit, protein a goal, fat a lever. Do you test your Ketones?
