Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    Back in for another round!

    NS Goals for this round:
    - Run 12km (That would be about three shorter runs, I'd hope to get more, but I'm being a little pesimistic)
    - Drink more water (I need to go back to having a bottle on my desk...)
    - Remain in deficit at least 9/10 days (I mean, I'm aiming for every day, but I'm aware that at this time of the year, life has a tendency to happen...)

    Pre challenge weight loss: -12 lbs.
    Challenge weight loss R40 – R60: -30 lbs.

    R61 SW: 144

    With the help of these challenges, I’ve made it to a very comfortable weight for me. I’ve lost some weight many times in the past, but my biggest challenges have been to maintain it. My goal this round and going forward will be to maintain my weight in the low to mid 140’s.
