I was in the blue striped shirt holding my dog. Christmas of 2016, weighing in at 325lbs... the 2nd pic was of me August 2018, weighing 210. First face pic was 03/01/17 2nd face pic was 08/2018. Since my 2nd pic I have continued to loose and am now at 184. I am just 36 lbs from goal. Here is to hoping for continued success

Great progress everyone. I’ve added a bit more muscle mass but I’ve also added a bit of the “less desirable” mass also. The facial expression is an indication of how I feel about it. 😂😂😂

Great transformation. I've added some muscle mass too, unfortunately the "less desirable mass" comes with that as well. You are doing great.
3 months progress. I will go down to around 155 and then go back to maintenance or possibly a small surplus and continue lifting. Even though it's not a huge amount of weight gone, I feel so much better.
I am so inspired by all of you who posted! I am just starting MFP, again, and have about 100 pounds set as my goal. I have only lost 4 pounds since the 1st, but I am on my way and excited to get back to "me."

Thanks! It helped keep me motivated to see the stats by week, with dates, a trend line and typical loss rates graphed. I made a copy of it you can see here, if anyone wants to use/modify it. There is a simple config at the bottom for start date and weight.
