I do mostly weight lifting and people are always surprised when I say I am going to Zumba, but I absolutely love it!0 -

I heard someone talking about NYE and how you should dress to impress and not care about comfort. I hate that thought for so many reasons. It made me extra glad that I plan on behaving like a grandma and will be in my most comfortable clothes and in bed hours before 2019 arrives6

The fact that people go through there life worried about what's going on in there life they don't take a second to think about what the person next to them may be going through. I have been trying to smile or say something nice to everyone I see hoping it will make their day. If the world had more of this I think it would be so much more positive. Think about your neighbor. Maybe shovel their snow or smile when you see them...

I agree. Leaving the handheld electronic device in the car (or at home even) would be a good first step.2 -
