Happy New Year! Looking to start the new year off on the right foot and can definitely use the motivation and support. Sadly I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I haven't exercised in over a year due to some Achilles issues and pure lack of motivation. Hoping for an injury free 2019, plenty of motivation and healthier living! Thank you for this group!

December and November were super hard on me. Gained about 6 lbs in the last six weeks of the year. I haven't yet reached the year benchmark of the my starting my weight loss, so there's always the fear that I'm going to gain every lb back before I even reach the year mark. I hope that doesn't happen, so I'm going to make the attempt to get back on track.4 -
