It looks like there is more to this app than just tracking calories. I hope there is at least one group out there that is fun, not easily offended and willing to help each other achieve our goals. Let me know if anyone has a group like that. Otherwise, I hope you all find the determination it takes to make a healthy life style a habit. This will not be easy, but it will be worth it.37

Happy New Year All. We know why we here...those awful pounds gained during the festivities but also, those pounds from the 2018 resolution that never came off and that you gained. I am here, trying, that's all I can say! I am overweight at the big 235, I was 215 5 months ago, my metabolism is slow, I have 2 small children and work all day in a slow pace environment. I don't want to spend my free time in the gym and miss the precious years by their side but I also cannot afford to go to the stores and not find cute clothes or not feeling sexy at all for my husband but primarily not feeling sexy on my skin.trying counts! #staypositive #damnpounds44

Butterfly Bren you don't necessarily have to cut carbs just get rid of refined ones and go into a calorie deficit but I understand why you would want to cut carbs as it lowers your appetite but eating fiber revs up metabolism.for me I can't do low carb it gives me headaches so i just eat plant based with some meat.but each individual is different.24
