I'm a Weight Watchers Lifetime member, but I recently let WW as it wasn't allowing me to eat enough to support my running and strength training. I'm now working with a sports nutritionist and she suggested I move to MFP to stay accountable.
I'm up almost 10 lbs over my Lifetime goal weight, so I want to get back to that ASAP, and then eventually my personal goal weight.
Looking forward to the challenge!

How many calories is everyone going for?0

My calorie aim is to be between 1400- 1600 calories (including various exercise calories) for 1.5 lbs a week. I lost closer to 2 lbs a week this past month (exercised daily 45 minutes on eliptical machine and walked on average 12,000 steps a day), so I’m trying to be conservative in the challenge goal of 1 pound a week so I don’t get too discouraged since I just started MFP in the beginning of this month.0

I’m in! My weigh-in day is Monday so I’m starting today.
13 weeks from December 17th is March 18th so there’s 11 weeks left now. I need to set a realistic goal as I am a little old lady and fairly sedentary apart from the gym and occasional waterobics.
Start weight 72.5 Kg (16th July) - 160 lb
Current weight 57.3 Kg (31st Dec) - 126 lb
11 week goal 53 Kg – 117 lb
About a 9 lb loss so just under 1 lb per week which is realistic.
Ultimate goal – around 50 kg – by the summer.
I’m retired so I have a lot of days out and holidays which contributed to the weight gain and make it difficult to stay on track. I’m also 68 yrs old and only 155 cm ( 5’ 1”) tall.

My name is Donna. I am 58 years young and am about 5' 5" tall. I am from the Midwest where it is blistery cold during this time of year and storms are frequent and unforgiving.
Original highest weight 253.0
Final goal weight: 145 by the 4th of July 2019

I have done great in 2018 but got off track in the fall & early winter. I am re-dedicating myself to a healthier me! I once weighed 253 lbs. I started my Keto weight loss journey at 235 pounds in January 2018. My ticker is a little off because of holiday gain, but I have not changed it because this current gain is TEMPORARY due to the Thanksgiving & Christmas festivities. But mainly because I HAVE NOT LOST HOPE.
I will weigh in approximately once per week but not the day after a travel (restaurants & water retention). I do travel frequently and have also made it a goal to make better choices when doing so. Happy New Year everyone!

Didn't gain.
I exercised 2x and shoveled snow once.
I'm hovering around 4 servings of fruit and veggies.
Challenges were related to visiting with people and too much snacking on their appetizers with high calorie meals
My husband and I both have birthdays this week so hopefully a minimum of maintenance. I'm excited yoga starts again Monday.
