So far so good, just trying to be mindful. Cutting out sugary drinks, trying to get more steps in and backing off on any leftover christmas snacks.2 -
Not sure if I can achieve this in time but I need a kick start! I'm 66 and a petite shortie.....don't have a lot to lose but need to have more control over my crazy eating habits. Current Weight: 125; Challenge Goal: 115; Ultimate Goal: 110. My goal really is to feel better about myself!3

Dec 21: 143.3 (-1.3 so far)
Dec 28: 144.4 (- 0.2 from SW .... with 4 big meals over the past 14 days, I consider this a maintain-so-far)
Jan 04: 143.7 (- 0.9 from SW .... weighed in ~ 4 hours earlier than last week so even better than number indicate!)1 -

Update!
I am now 148.4 lbs so a loss of 3.4 lbs. My anniversary is tomorrow and we are going to a Brazilian steakhouse so I'm expecting a water weight increase afterwards which usually takes me several days to flush out. Not going to let it deter me though!2 -

My weight stayed the same over Christmas, New Year and my birthday... which is something of a miracle. My final holiday-season hurdle is tomorrow - my mother's birthday dinner. Luckily the restaurant has posted their nutritional info, so I know in advance that I'm looking at a 1400 calorie dinner! (eek!), so I'm planning a big hike in the morning to pre-emptively earn some of those calories!6 -

I think it's just being female and peri-menopause...it was always bad with the monthly water swings, but it's getting worse as I age.
I need to get back on the scale at some point this weekend.2 -
Hey all! I’d love to join this. My doctor has agreed that it’s something that is doable. I’m 219 today and my goal weight by feb 14th is 205. If I really stick with it, I feel like I can do this. I’m just at that first week stage where I am still craving all of the junk so I would love some encouragement. If anyone wants to add me as a friend, I’d love it!7

I'll do it! I'm losing my post pregnancy weight now. Baby was born 25/11/18. I was 14 stone 5lbs on that day. Today I am 12 stone 3lbs. My goal is 10 stone. 10lbs in 8 weeks seems totally doable!6

@vla246 - I see a difference every month!
I measure my bust, waist, hips, arms, and legs. My arms change the slowest (which is so frustrating because they are what I hate the most!) but I’ll always see at least an inch or two of difference in my hips and waist from one month to the next.3 -
I'm in! I am 153 this morning, I was 180 two years ago and lost 45 pounds. I have gained 18 back in the last year, but I'm determined not to gain more and get back to 135. First goal, 145 by 2/14!3

Perfect timing! I have a trip planned the week of Valentine’s Day and expect I’ll be in a bathing suit 98%of the time so I’d like to get everything tight & right.
I’m currently 124 and have 8 pounds of vanity weight to lose but I’m mostly interested in my body fat percentage. It’s at 24% (the high end of normal) so even if my weight doesn’t change at the end of this challenge but I get my fat % down and my muscle % up, I’ll be a happy camper!
There are just a few squishy jiggly bits I’d like to firm up. I’m trying to transform into a lean, tanned, yoga goddess. Stay strong everyone!2 -
I would love to do this! I weighed in on Friday at 208.4. I ultimately want to get down to 140 but for this challenge I would like to get to 199 by Valentine’s Day to be in the 100 club! 😊
I had my weekly weigh in today and I’m down to 207.2!! Keep pushing everyone! The real test is this upcoming week!

I went on vacation for a week with family and unfortunately I had such a hard time staying on goal with trying to accurately calculate calories (we went out to eat a lot) and I had no scale so I didn’t weigh myself until I got back.
December 31st I weighed in at 213!! 🙁
However, this Friday (my usual weigh in day) I weighed in at 207.8 so I feel like I’m back on track! Drinking lots of fluids and going back to my workout regiment definitely helped this week. 8.8 pounds to go!4 -

Looks like my initial weigh in was a bit high because of TOM and other reasons (which I suspected) so I’ll lower my goal weight from 165 to 163! So a little over 5 pounds in a little over 5 weeks. I’m pretty confident I can manage that. :-)3 -
I weigh myself daily and today I am down two pounds after tracking and staying with in my calorie limit for tens days. Eight more pounds to go.5

So long as you promptly get back to normal routine (whatever that is for you) now that you are back in your normal environment, your body will process the a-typical vacation input quickly.
You know this, because it has already begun ... you "feel [you] are on back on track!"
Life happens, vacations will continue to happen .... embrace and allow for variations and make modifications to strategies and expectations as you go!4 -

This is great! I need a little motivation to get me back on track. I went the the gym the other day and weighed myself at 136--that is up 10 lbs since Thanksgiving! So, even if it was a weird fluke I am saying I am currently 136-hope to loose that 10!!2
