60 minute walk today 30 min x 2
Goal: To wear my misfit again and make my target on it.0 -
Got in 6,182 steps for 2 miles. I did have a meeting which cut back the steps a little bit. Today I can go further.2

Yesterday I got in 6600 steps. Already today I am on track to achieve my goal of 10000.2

I’m ready to lose weight slowly and consistently in 2019, and get my steps in by:
Daily walks with my dog, Roxie
Doing the stairs at work
Walking videos on YouTube
Logging my meals.... this is my biggest challenge.
Eating more fruits and veggies and less fast food.
Goals:
Walk 10,000 steps Monday- Friday
Walk 7,000 steps Saturday & Sunday
Log every day
Lose .5 pound each
2019 Goal:
Lose 26 pounds!

Jan 3 - 5,649 steps for 1.8 miles
Jan 4 5,214 steps for 1.7miles plus 45 minutes of water aerobics (a lot more steps)1 -

Yesterday’s step total was 11167. Today is my day of rest, so won’t get as many.0

I love to walk and listen to music or reason treadmill. Treadmill in hot, humid or rainy weather (I live in Florida)or outside when it’s nice. Walked every day for a year a few years ago and lost weight and toned up. Got out of the habit and you guessed it - gained it all back. Goal is to walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Some days are filled and walking is a challenge. Fingers crossed, shoes on.2

Step total for yesterday (Mon) was 12661. Trying to get a few more steps in every day.1

Jan 5 - 4718 steps for 1.51 miles
Jan 6 - 5126 steps for 1.64 miles
Jan 7 - 5547 steps for 1.8 miles plus water aerobics/swim
my steps have increased a little but I know I can do better.1 -
I am walking around between 25,000 to 31,000 steps at work. It's an online supermarket where we walk around gather customer orders. Not so bad when you combine it with a healthy diet. 😁7

I'm definitely in, i really enjoy walking. My aim is to try and get my 10k steps every day from 7th January onwards...
