Everyone I'm worried about Gary. Please keep him in your prayers tonight. He hasn't been back since he posted the following yesterday. Just keep him in your prayers please.
Gary6030 Folks I'm having a major life interruption. I will be back on later this evening to answer messages or tomorrow afternoon. Those of you that pray please pray for me. It's nothing serious but its major mess!

1. Lori - I will give the team 1,500 extra crunches, 500 extra jumping jacks and 15 extra miles. I also will get someone to join MFP.
2. Cheryl - 800 extra crunches, 200 extra jumping jacks, 5 extra miles, will begin recruiting new MFP member. :-)
3. Jules - 1200 extra crunches, 600 extra jj's, 15 extra miles. I have already recruited SIL & 2 friends!
4. Anina - 1200 extra crunches, 600 extra jj's, 12 extra miles and I will also get a mate to join MFP
5. Cecy - 1300 extra crunches, 600 extra jj's, 25 extra miles. Uh, I'll TRY to recruit someone, but cannot guarantee it!
6. Heather - 1000 extra crunches, 1000 extra JJ, 5 extra miles and I ALREADY HAVE 3 people joining MFP this week! One girl started 2 days ago and has lost 3 pounds!
7. Elana - 500 extra crunches, 500 jumping jacks, and 8 extra miles. Will try to recruit!
8. Bonnie - 200 extra crunches, 200 jumping jacks, and 3 extra miles. I recruited a friend in August ... does that count? LOL!! Will post my weight (hopefully a loss) in the morning.
9. Robbie - 1000 crunches, 500 jumping jacks, 10 extra miles, work on recruiting.
10. Sherri-1500 crunches,600jj, and 10 miles. Daughter just joined, we fibbed about age. SORRY!!!! I got mom to join already too.

Just checking in weight-wise this week. Up one pound - it's that time of the month, so I'm confident this will be gone (plus more) by this time next week!0

Sorry haven't checked in but heres the update
Ok so Friday and Sat I got everything done and ate under cals and drank water. Sunday wasn't a rest day for me so I caught up with my exercise I didn't do on tues (as had my rest day then) and I finished all my sit ups, ouch!!! Also Sunday under cals and over water. Got on the scales today and I'm sorry to say I haven't lost anything (but haven't gained either). But I'm really not surprised as I haven't been going to the gym as regularly so need to step it up. Off swimming with Anina in the morning and then probably hit the gym in the afternoon so I'm coming back from the dark side. Ok 2morrow I promise I'll start being more diligent on the board. This time next week those scales are going DOWN!!!0 -

I just saw I pledged 600 JJ's towards the team challenge...I'm upping that to 1200 because I believed that's what I'd said and I've been doing 200 @ a time! :blushing:
Today's exercises were completed with the help of one of my bootcampers i.e: I conned her into doing them with me :laugh:
2x 20 tuck jumps - check
50 Squat kicks - check
20 globe jumps - check
200 Jump jacks - check
200 crunches (100 bench / 100 bicycle) - check
2 miles - check
I've also just found out that my gym is holding another challenge next month and there are 3 categories.
1) Biggest Loser > mainly weight loss and it's a 2-person team effort
2) Biggest body transformation > Male (body sculpting I think)
3) Biggest body transformation > Female (as above)
I am going to take part in the body transformation category and am asking you all for help along the way! I know most of us are not going to be in the same team challenge next month but we'll still be mates and I'll keep you posted along the way...
Furthermore, I think I've hit that TOM because I feel like I've got worms...how do you combat the constant "want" to eat?0 -

I ended up with 35 total windshield wipers. Could not physically do anymore.
Also did 3 sets 21s at 8 lbs each hand
3 sets of 15 swimmer presses at 8 lbs each hand
3 sets 15 shoulder presses cause I read it wrong :P

So yesterday I did all my exercise, drank all my water, but then unfortunately I was over my cals ( drank a beer :sad: ).
HOWEVER today I'm back on track for good!!!
I drank all my water, ate under my cals and did all my exercises PLUS an extra mile, an extra 200 crunches, and an extra 100 jumping jacks!
It feels good to be back and fully into my eating and gym. I was a little lost for a while but I found my way back on track!!0 -

I'm really confused... are we supposed to be doing the stuff on the list that says Day __ whatever AND the name of the day (Monday, Tuesday)? I didn't do Mondays 'cause I just looked at Lori's status for the day for what our challenges were. I'm really not up to a 5k today PLUS my one mile...0
