I'm aiming for slow and steady so I'm on 1700 cals and I don't eat back my exercise calories. I'm aiming for 1kg a month for the next couple of years!

Happy with that, I have eaten out again over the weekend.
The plan for this week includes the gym and some aerobic DVD at home. We are out for the day on Thursday – going to the theatre in Bath – and are intending to eat out at a Chinese buffet restaurant on the way home, so plenty of exercise is called for. At the moment we have no plans for the weekend so hope to counteract the Chinese meal by Monday morning.

I need to get back on track after the holidays. My actual current weight is 156.3 because I enjoyed Christmas a little to much, but my average weight before the last couple of days was 152. I will post my first weigh in this Monday 12/31. Hopefully by March I have reached my goal of 140!2 -

My name is Donna. I am 58 years young and am about 5' 5" tall. I am from the Midwest where it is blistery cold during this time of year and storms are frequent and unforgiving.

I have done great in 2018 but got off track in the fall & early winter. I am re-dedicating myself to a healthier me!

Jan 15- 186.2 Horrible emergency regarding my home/business. Everyone is okay but this will be a long drawn-out process. Restaurant runs for food (too many carbs/calories) and eating my emotions as well. I am going to try to get back on track as much as possible today and not let this derail my efforts. I’m just so very thankful that no one was hurt!

Happy with that, it took a couple of days to recover from a Chinese buffet meal on Thursday evening.
Goal this week is to not gain any weight. We are away on a short break – 3 nights away, so four days of eating out lunch and evenings. It’s a self-catering cottage so I shall take my usual breakfast and we will cook our own dinner once or twice. I may be able to get to a swimming pool once or twice but other than that the only exercise will be walking during the day.
I'm ahead of my planned weight loss at the moment, can still reach the challenge goal.

Jan 21: 187.1 Stress eating after tree fell on business roof. Problem still being worked on. Insurance inspections on all my homes & businesses has caused lots of work and quick restaurants. I’ve incorporated some aerobic dancing into my routine and that will help. Weight should improve by next weigh in.
