    34lb in 32 weeks so far.

    I think that doing the same in 2019 would probably get me to my total.

    What a wonderful present that would be - to have 34lb less of me in my Christmas stockings next year. :)

    Today is a new week and I am going to recommit to the journaling process! I keep starting strong and then losing my focus. I am going to keep it simple today - Goal: journal every calorie.
