    Hey Ladies!! Just wanted to drop in and give you all the link for Week 4. I haven't heard from your captain in a few days. I sent her a PM, but it doesn't look like she's signed in in a few days. If someone else would like to temporarily fill in and send me your team's total points, I'd be happy to fill them in. Just send me a daily team total for Sunday thru today. I also didn't have you ladies down for a water day this week - did you take one??

    Hi, KnottyJen, not sure where captain elmobabie is but I'm sure she'll be back. I don't exactly know how all the points are calculated, and I'm not sure whether some of the other ladies have sent PMs to our captain directly instead of posting here. We haven't taken a water/rest day yet that I know, I think maybe we are doing that Sunday of this coming week? Or should it have been Sunday of last week. No idea. The previous week it was Thursday but we were hoping to change it to a different day.

    I drank tons of water on Sunday and was under cals, if that's our goal. For Monday I had 60 minutes cardio = 30 points, yes to nutrition and no to exercise challenge (don't know what they are this week and I'm on vacation so likely won't do them). I will likely have at least 10-30 points for daily exercise and meet nutrition challenges and no exercise challenges every day this week, I will report when I can.
