After Xmas and birthday (9th) cheating, I've developed a problem with midnight snacking, so thought I'd join. Prior to Xmas I was on 2/3 month streak.
Starting as of today 20 Jan. Did not snack, unlike yesterday where I had leftover chicken and some nuts. But we aren't counting yesterday, new leaf today.

Kinda sloppy this month, but calories are pretty good, happy with the weight and in spite of the 4 for LNS, I haven't binged, not even once! (though I felt the urge once or twice)

Early to bed strategy. Packed breakfast, lunch, and dinner for tomorrow and set alarm to 5am so I go run before work/school. Tomorrow is going to be awesome because I planned for it to be awesome. I hope I’m as confident tomorrow morning as I sound right now! Lol2 -

Day twenty one~ for some reason the third week of every month is tough to not snack after dinner. Have to stay focused this week and sit on my hands.

It's the job. I retired a couple of years ago and they asked me to come back part-time until a new person is hired. I didn't realize how much I stress ate when I worked. No wonder I was able to lose weight when I retired. Now I'm putting it right back on. Only a few more months of work and then I'll be back to the no-stress life of retirement, if I don't eat myself to death first.2 -

Really wanted to snack tonight on some quickly baked low-carb peanut butter cookies or nuts. Had good filling dinner at 6:30pm, but small hunger several hours later as per usual and I didn't want to go over calories. About 1am before it passed and I didn't give in. *pats self on back*

@Tolamarie - that’s tough to hear. Glad it’s only a temporary situation though! Hope the time passes quickly for you!1

Had about 5 grapes and a medium pickle last night after school. Still calling it a win since I didn’t deviate from my eating plan all day and I did go run 3 miles in the morning as planned.
Round 2. On the indoor bike this morning. Breakfast, lunch and dinner packed. Another day of work and class after I wrap up the morning exercise.0 -
