    01/12 - 201.0 lbs - YES! I re-started a couple of weeks ago, and it's finally showing on the scales!
    01/19 - 200.0 lbs - happy with this, but would love to see a slightly bigger loss next week :smile:
    01/26 - 200.2 lbs - haha - so much for the "bigger loss" but I am really ready to enter onderland ... NOW!

    Still on track, the 3 day break went well – I managed the eating and drinking, and even had a swim on Wednesday. But Monday and Thursday were taken up with driving and shopping. I didn’t expect to lose weight this week, just maintain. I think I’m probably holding some water weight today. I went to visit my son and his family yesterday – took my mother up with me – and it’s a good 90 minute drive each way, so good food and very little exercise. Yesterday morning I weighed in at 54.1, so should see that number again soon.
    I think I shall revise my March goal, see if I can reach 52 kg.

    1/7 - 153.2 My normal Monday bump. Uggghh, I wish I could keep it together through the weekends to, lol.
    1/14 - 154.2 Drank a couple of beers last night and had a big dinner. Always gain after beer.
    1/21 - 154.0 A little down from last week.
    1/28 - 153.4 Lower all week last week, but really low on my water all weekend. We spent most of it driving. Should be lower next week.

    I need to get back on track after the holidays. My actual current weight is 156.3 because I enjoyed Christmas a little to much, but my average weight before the last couple of days was 152. I will post my first weigh in this Monday 12/31. Hopefully by March I have reached my goal of 140!

    My name is Donna. I am 58 years young and am about 5' 5" tall. I am from the Midwest where it is blistery cold during this time of year and storms are frequent and unforgiving.

    I have done great in 2018 but got off track in the fall & early winter. I am re-dedicating myself to a healthier me!
    I will weigh in approximately once per week but not usually the day after a travel (restaurants & water retention).


    Jan 02- 185.5
    Jan 08- 183.3 Working it back down. January is redemption month. I’ll work hard to redeem myself after the holidays!
    Jan 15- 186.2 Horrible emergency regarding my home/business. Everyone is okay but this will be a long drawn-out process. Restaurant runs for food (too many carbs/calories) and eating my emotions as well. I am going to try to get back on track as much as possible today and not let this derail my efforts. I’m just so very thankful that no one was hurt!
    Jan 21: 187.1 Stress eating after tree fell on business roof. Problem still being worked on. Insurance inspections on all my homes & businesses has caused lots of work and quick restaurants. I’ve incorporated some aerobic dancing into my rountine and that will help. Weight should improve by next weigh in.
    Jan 29: 184.8 Finally showing a loss! I’ve been aerobic dancing which is really helping. I’ve finally dipped just below my starting weight on this challenge which makes me feel a whole lot better. Everyone is doing great! I’m lagging behind a bit, but I’ll meet you all at the finish line on the 31st! I’m looking forward to February because I’m feeling strong. Thanks to @erminater for the support! We're in this together and I appreciate that very much!

    2/4 - 153.7 I don't know why I retain water so bad on the weekend. I had a 6 pound gain in 2 days. I did drink a lot yesterday for the Super Bowl though. Water and more water today.

    This will be a challenging week – daughter and grandson visiting overnight, a day out on Wednesday (with a long drive), an evening out on Friday and a party at my place on Saturday. If I can’t get to the gym I can still do workouts at home.
    As I have reached the original goal I set I shall adjust it now to 52 kg by March 18th. I'm shocked at how much I've lost in the last few weeks. I don't have much to lose now and I need to slow down and concentrate more on toning the flabby bits and building muscle.
