Nearly 90 pounds down from my sad unrecognisable miserable exhausted face to starting to get my features back, reasons to not give up the goal people, I’m struggling more than ever but could never go back to this state I was in a dark place that cost me everything 🌚🙏🏼

It’s interesting how in life, it sometimes takes something that turns your entire world upside down, in order for you to do something about a negative situation you put yourself in.
6 months ago, if I forgot my gym trainers, I would of packed up and gone home, the thought popped up today when I opened my bag, but my new embedded willpower overrides thoughts like that, end goals are powerful ammunition for transformation
when all seems lost, concentrate on the things in life you can control and stop worrying about the external factors you can’t.
