    Try not to be too sad, you are doing really well and it's not a gain!

    Thank you for the encouragement. May be it's due to heavy lifting which I started in mid January. Today scale showed a 0.9 lbs loss after all.

    I am on Day 4 of my lower carb/no sugar - to get off my addiction to sugar.
    Sugar/processed carbs are bad trigger foods for me.

Tomato soup one day, hot chocolate yesterday. A few days, junk carbs, cookie, chips, chocolate. The winter weather has been colder than it has been for a long time. Makes me want to eat!
