Started at 330 (size 26/28)-currently at 249(size 14/16). I'm 5'8 and I've lost 77+inches overall. Still wanting to lose another 80lbs or so, but my goal is to be strong!

Started at 307, I think these photos are around 280 and 170.
(Currently a little lower, but maintaining in a 10 lb range for 4.5 years so far)146 -
Starting weight was 301 in March of 2018. The other pic was taken in November of 2018 and I was 241. Currently sitting at 250 because you know... lack of discipline. Goal weight is 150-160. Finally back at it after a couple month break. This is my year. I will lose 80 lbs this year.72 -

I was 336lbs in the first and 245lbs in the second.took me just under a year.i lost the weight for my daughters wedding.just maintaining now74 -

All of you - inspirational and motivational! Good to see those pictures first thing in the morning. (Started on 170 kg, 375 pounds. Lost so far about 30 kg, lots more to go.)5

I am doing 16:8 IF and calorie counting with weight training 2x per week walking for 40 mins to an hour 4 to 5x per week.1 -

@FatimaStartsAllOver - The short answer is lots of walking and sticking to the food plan with Nutrisystem. I’ve transitioned now into more weight training. I’m still trying to take off another 30 pounds.5
