This has been my go to lunch for days.. and I’m not even sick of it yet. Only 270 calories!
Olives, artichoke, red onion, pepperocini, feta, green peppers, oil vinegar. I didn’t have tomatoes on hand otherwise that and cucumber would have been perfect.

Breakfast today was "strawberry lemonade" protein and greens smoothie 😍
For dinner, baked lemon pepper pollock with creamy thyme mushrooms. It was doable but I'm still looking for a way to eat white fish that i feel confident in!
Trapped inside by the ice storm so lunch was leftover hamburger slop followed by frozen banana "ice cream" and dark chocolate - the only iron supplement I can always make sure I'll take haha. I over ate a bit today but I'm feeling good. Won't make that banana ice cream again, though. I dont like ice cream enough to want to spend that much time cleaning my blender!1 -

I have a small restaurant in my small condo each and every night. Opens for dinner on weekdays and sometimes weekend for breakfast / lunch and dinner... if I am home Table seats 4 but there is usually just one guest at that table... me. That same guest is also the owner / manager / cook / dishwasher / server and photographer.
Haha, shall keep that in mind when I next book a ticket to your part of the world. 😁0 -
