My goal for 2019 is to get into ONEderland. Changing my life.
Plans:
- Find workout routine that works (walk, bike, planks, yoga, swim, take advantage of retirement to be more active); target 70k steps per week
- Drink more water (target min 64 oz daily; start with 1 glass before coffee)
- Journal Food Daily (tracking with MFP since 12/28/2018)
- Daily Vitamins (Dr’s orders; need to not ignore)
- Drink less alcohol (4 AF days per week; ~16 AF days per month; limit 1-2 glasses per day)

I am back and will be starting tomorrow again! I have missed you all and need to get back on track. February has been an absolute blur! 6 days in Vegas, 2nd oldest turning 18, and a family ski trip all within a couple of weeks. I didn't finish round 67 and didn't even do 1 day of round 68. I could have jumped back in on Monday seeing as we got back from vacation on Sunday, but I gained 12 pounds in 10 days, so I wasn't exactly thrilled! I weighed 147 before my sons party and 10 days later after vacation I weighed 159. I know most of it is water weight from flying, drinking, and eating restaurant food for a week, but I was still a little discouraged. I am already down 6 of those pounds in 4 days, so we will see what I start round 69 with tomorrow. I need accountability and to see results. I should have started posting on Monday, because I haven't made some of the wisest food choices since vacation. NO goals for this round, just trying to get back in the 140's and stabilize again.12
