02/23 149.8 ~ (Steps 13,942) I realize the challenge don’t actually start till tomorrow but I need to get a grip on things here. My husband and I decided to take a drive to visit the biggest book store in the States here. We only live a couple hours away so it was a nice drive plus we stopped for lunch. Unfortunately my weight has gone up these last few days. On the bright side there’s only one way to go noe, lol. I do have fantastic news within the next week, my husband will be starting his new job, yessssssssss. This means I can get a routine back, yesss yesss yesss.
02/22 148.8 ~ (Steps 19,696) ~ Yesterday was a successful day in NLS, this will be my number one focus on achieving for my weight to drop. Today I’m hoping to get a pool session in,
02/23 148.1 ~ (Steps 12,978) ~ I was about to get a pool session in plus a wonderful workout at the gym, hopefully today will be a repeat. Of course, now not getting enough sleep isn’t helping. Within the next few days that should be getting back to normal too, 👍🏼

02/22 - 153.2 I think I'm back down to my start weight. I have my meals and snacks prepped, so I should be able to make good choices. We have a breakfast potluck, and I brought bagels - not my favorite flavor (pumpernickel) so I won't be tempted. I had my eggs and oatmeal.
02/23 - 154.2 Not surprised. I did have one bagel, but I also didn't do well with my water intake. Today I had a great workout with my personal trainer. I'm working on strengthening my shoulder as I gain more mobility.
02/24 - 153.2 My goal for today is to drink 64 oz of water. Gotta do this. I'll be tied to my desk all day grading assignments.

02/23 - 162.4 (slept a Lot, drank over 100oz water, enjoyed an inspiring message at church, walked outside with friends for an hour, and ate well though maybe a bit later than usual and some extra starch. Great day! Will probably see that starch effect tomorrow though, lol.)

Missed the last round, but I'm back again.... just can't give up!
Facts: age: 61, female, 5'3"
Current weight: 135 (highest in a year!)
Lowest weight: 122 (a year ago now -- felt great!!)
Highest weight: 198 (lol! So close to 200...)
Have hovered around 127-130 all year, but now I'm 135. I go up and down a couple of pounds, but I never want to go back to the "old me" -- so I'll keep trying! Really working right now at losing -- logging the foods (which I admit I stopped doing) and tracking the exercise. I do power yoga (in 95 degrees) 4 times per week, and we have a puppy -- black lab mix -- that keeps us walking and running. SO, it must be the food choices that have me putting weight back on. I'm adding in more veggies and greens, and cutting the carbs. Back to the 120's!

02/22: 227.8: 14,347 steps, started couch to 5k again (last time I hurt myself and couldn't keep up the running). Got in running/walking time, some weights, jacuzzi/pool time, went out for dinner and walk around town even though there is still ice and snow on the ground!
02/23: 227.8: 4,682 steps, I had to work the dayshift and I was unable to get to the gym before it closed. But watched my calories and made sure not to overeat while at work, which is an amazing feat in of itself.
02/24: 224.3: Steps are still counting for the day but they are going to be low. My hip has been out again and causing tremendous pain down my leg. I am going to make it tomorrow no matter what and try and walk it out. I was happy with my loss. Getting back into the grove of my diet always shows tremendous gains (or losses!). I just have to be mindful while eating at ork and not overeat.

Back in the 150s!! BUT it is so easy for me to gain weight... Ugh. But this challenge and my others on MFP are helping me. Reading the posts on here also help focus me. Thank you for the great motivation 😊😊12 -

02/22 - 156.3, went to a basketball game yesterday night and had a couple of beers so preparing myself for a uptick tomorrow. Was worth it though since had a great time and we won!!

02/23 - 156.1, busy day today with a volunteer shift from 9-1, brunch (not a great menu for a diet but they have a la carte eggs and fruis salad), gym/shower after, and then a club dinner at 5 so won’t be back home until after 8pm.
12,282 steps, 60 minutes of exercise, 64 oz of water
02/24 - 156.4, had brunch out today (2 egg white scrambled, piece of rye toast, and breakfast potatoes) so hoping I stay under 156.5 tomorrow. Diet will be back to normal tomorrow since weekends I tend to eat out more. Really going to try for 155 on 3/01, but started February 160.4 so 5.4 lbs is a bit ambitious for only 28 days so won’t kick myself too much if don’t get there.

02/22 – 142.5 – I had a highly stressful day at work yesterday and I could feel myself wanting to graze on the chocolates, donuts, and candy my coworkers have scattered around the office. Instead, I pulled out my bag of skinnypop popcorn and crunched away my frustrations a piece at a time.
02/23 – 143 – I had a turkey taco, a half a brownie, and a couple extra ounces of wine last night. Even though I have to work through the weekends through April 15th, I enjoy celebrating a Friday night. I was still within maintenance calories, so I’m fine with some water weight bumps this weekend.
02/24 - 144 - There's a bump! Hope it's not much worse tomorrow.

02/24: 206.0 - Looks like I must have overestimated some of our meals out this week because I’m still dropping despite theoretically being at maintenance. Few restaurants here are in the database & none post nutritional info. 🧮
02/25: 205.0 - Finally feeling better! Looks like I’m dropping some water weight that my body held on to while I was sick. 💧
