03/04 - 211.4 up 1.0lb from Friday but that is the way my weekends go. Got out for a walk and did W1D1 of couch 2 5k. Total 5.5km. Food good and plenty of water
03/05 - 210.0 - food good apart from one crepe with Nutella. At least it was only one. It is usually at least 3 on Pancake Tuesday. Small walk and a Pilates class
03/06 - 210.4 - that pancake! Not much exercise but I hit my steps and was ok foodwise.

03/06 161.4 (+2#) I had high hopes getting on the scales this morning. Yesterday was a great day, I enjoyed a good long session at the gym and ate at my calorie goal of 1200 rather than way below it. Didn't sleep that great though. Gutted to be back in the 160s
03/07 159.4 felt sure it was going to be lower today. What happened to the 157.2 I saw about ten days ago? Nothing has changed, I have been in a constant deficit of at least 500 cals with maybe one or two days at maintenance. Yesterday I ate just over 1000 calories and burnt about 450 at the gym and went to bed hungry 😔 My trend line on Libra is now going up not down and it says n/a where the date for my goal weight should be.
03/08 157.4 (-2#) finally! I'm relieved about that! And surprised because I have stiff legs from a workout and that usually means water weight for me. Also I ate a lot of salad yesterday so I assumed I would be holding a lot of food bulk. I worked out in the evening rather than the morning so maybe that helped. I'm noticing a lot of people talking about drinking more water so I'm gonna aim for two litres a day plus coffee etc. I prefer sparkling with a slice, hopefully that'll do the trick!

03/04 - 136.4 (-2lb) - Off to a quick start! Must have had a light day yesterday or something so am already at goal this round... Let's see if it sticks
03/05 - 134 (-2.4lb) - Woah! OK so there's obviously some water retention/loss stuff happening here. I've gone from being out of action with a shoulder injury and eating a lot of junk, to being totally back on the wagon in terms of food and exercise in the last few days. We will wait to see how this settles over the coming week I think! Zero complaints though haha.
03/06 - 132.9 (-1.1) - The whoosh is slowing a little, which is good. I am eating between 1500-1600kcals a day, so sticking with that for now and am hoping that I'll see the loss from the last few days hold. Clearly just the dramatic change from sweets and biscuits to protein, fruit and veggies! Bye bye water weight. I'm happy though, as I gave myself a goal of 128lb for mid-April which is now looking very achievable.
03/07 - 133.1 (+0.2) - Ok back to reality. I wondered how long the whoosh could last. Very happy with a tiny jump back up considering I started this round almost 3.5lb heavier! Weather is keeping me indoors and I am champing at the bit to get back out to my jogging/hiking. Forecast is not looking good. Otherwise, the week's food prep has been a god send and I am feeling focused and strong.
03/08 - 132.4 (-0.7) - Yay! Very close to my mini-goal of 132lb - hopefully see this by Tuesday. I have a night in with my girlfriends tonight with lots of delicious goodies and a few drinks, undoubtedly a greasy breakfast treat tomorrow, then back to the lighter food after that. I've got a fairly active weekend planned so looking to balance it out.

Good things I don't take sugar in my coffee anymore , I'm 35 inch waist which is supposed to be less of a concern for diabetes, Im almost into a dress size smaller andI have lost 5% of my body weight so far

4 March: 124.8 lbs * Thrilled to be back for my second round! I have a few tricky days coming up so I'm thankful to have this challenge to help me stay accountable. My goal this round is to get down to 124 (or my more ambitious goal of 123.8).
5 March: 124 lbs * Quite the dramatic drop. And while technically my Round 70 'goal weight', I don't trust it'll stick around. Seems a bit too good to be true, but we'll see. Best of luck to everyone on the glorious and terrifying Pancake Day. I have calories put aside to indulge for dessert tonight!
6 March: 124 lbs * Day 3 of being in the 124s and I couldn't be happier. Very eager to see the elusive 123s! Since it was a food based day yesterday (Pancake Day!), I put 550 calories aside and ate a giant stack of homemade blueberry pancakes and maple syrup with my husband for dessert last night. This was an important day for me because I showed myself that I can participate in food related days/events without going over my calories and without derailing my progress.
7 March: 123.8 lbs * I'm super surprised about this weigh-in for a few reasons. First, I ate about 90% of my calories very close to my nightly eating cutoff of 8PM (homemade cheese and meat board night with my husband!). Second, I went over my daily calories by about 60 to have a piece of chocolate after all the delicious cheese. Third, my TOTM is due any day now and I've been feeling a bit bloated because of it. I felt everything was working against me and that I'd be up today, so I'm REALLY happy to see the scale go down and give me a taste of my 'ambitious round 70 goal'. Hello 123s! I hope I get to see you again tomorrow.
8 March: 124 lbs * TOTM arrived yesterday evening, so here's the slight gain I was anticipating. Feeling bloated and gross today, trying my hardest not to indulge in all the sweet things I used to eat for comfort. Made Nutella on toast for breakfast to keep the cravings at bay . Happy that the gain (if it can even really be counted as that) was so slight, I've had months where it was much, much worse than this. Staying positive and hoping to catch another glimpse of the 123s soon!

Between injury and lymph nodes swelling up again had a bit of a free for all on the food yesterday so scale soared from the carbs and sodium, went for a couple of walks for fresh air.

Scale dropping again after the weekend's food. Rib injury seems to have eased off (bumped it on the plate at the bottom of the pole at my class on Friday) and my lymph nodes seem to have calmed down again. Today's goals are to get my rest day steps in, eat under maintenance and hit my macro goals.

And the water weight is off no rowing this morning, weather didn't look to great so I went for a run last night instead. Was just under maintenance yesterday and hit my macro goals, so I call that a good day. Goal today is to get out for a walk at lunchtime and eat my planned meals.

Well I don't know if I have just been dehydrated last 2 days (I don't think I have) but there was some drop on the scale the last 2 days compared to normal, I've checked my scale with some dumbbells and all seems to be in order. I did start taking some electrolyte supplements, so maybe they just helped release some of the water I've been carrying over shark week, workouts and recent flying. Today's goals are to get some strength training and steps in.

My 31st Round!
According to MFP, this week marks the 365th day that I’ve logged in a row! Although I created my account 4 years ago when I weighed 188, I never followed through for more than a couple months. I’d hit a plateau at around 175, give up, and regain to the 180’s. Last year, after a terrible health scare with my husband, we decided to get in better shape. In March 2018, I started logging my weight and food daily again and made it to 174 when I got stuck at a plateau again in May. The difference this time is that I found this challenge. Seeing others going through the same things, showing support, and giving some great advice along with being accountable every day, gave me the push I needed to continue with my weight loss. This challenge got me through my plateau in the 170’s and then again in the 150’s. In the past year, aside from feeling better in my clothes, my blood pressure has dropped to normal without medication, my hip pain is gone, and my stamina has greatly increased. Along the way, I’ve discovered that I probably wouldn’t be able to maintain this loss without the daily accountability and logging. I try to make sure to “like”, “hug”, etc. every post, because I realize how important that’s been to me on this journey.

03/06 – 142.5 – I had a stress snack attack at work yesterday, so I munched on some popcorn and had a handful of mixed nuts. It’s better than going for the cookies and chocolate in the break room, which is exactly how I’ve dealt with it in the past. My desk is stuffed full of healthier snack choices, I just need to make sure I’m not overeating the healthy snacks.
03/07 – 142 – It’s been a few weeks since I’ve seen this number.
03/08 – 142 – I had to run around to several client offices yesterday. One of my favorites is a local Italian restaurant. The owner surprised me with a personal pan mini pizza to eat while I was doing his books since I’d shown up during lunch time. (I usually eat lunch before I go out to his place because I don’t want to be tempted.) I ate the whole delicious thing. I skipped supper because I was still full from the pizza, but I’m still surprised it didn’t show up on the scale this morning from water retention. It may show up tomorrow, but I’m happy I’m still in the middle of maintenance range.

03/04 - NW - I did two episodes of Zombies, Run! and intended to do another, but I needed to finish hooking a hat together for a trip today. However, I might cancel that trip due to ice on the sidewalks; I have no desire to end up with a broken hip. I will likely instead have lunch and do a Zombie, Run! Food is doing good.
03/05 - 306.2 - WHOOOSH! - About to have breakfast. My aide comes today. So, I will go for a walk after she leaves to avoid having to pace in the apartment. I'm not allowed to leave her alone in the apartment. I'm averaging two walks a day of Zombies, Run! I just wish it would consistently pick up my steps. I've increased my steps to 7,000.
03/06 - NW - Did two episodes of Zombies, Run! yesterday. Food is okay. I'm figuring out today as it is Ash Wednesday and therefore technically a fast day, but gotta eat with some of my meds. I will be going Mallwalking today. Woot! I have considered taking advantage and doing an episode while I'm there. I don't anticipate the mall will be very busy today which helps my anxiety. I plan on walking at least two episodes today.
03/07 - NW - Mallwalking went great yesterday. The last time I attempted I lasted 12 minutes. Yesterday I walked over an hour for 2.54 miles. My first full meal of the day was dinner and unfortunately it did not stay down. I redecorated my living area before I made it to the bathroom. Today I plan to get in at least one episode of Zombies, Run! I discovered yesterday the GPS will work in the community room but not in my pocket. I also have to fast the majority of the day due to lab work at 2, and the actual appointment is at 3. I'm seeing my endocrinologist today.
03/08 - 303.0 - Got my Zombies, Run! yesterday. I'll get in at least one, aiming for two episodes. It's Friday, so it's a day of fasting and no meat. I'll still have dinner as I take Latuda and it needs a minimum of 350 calories to work. I have a couple of groups to attend today, but then I'll head back home. I'll do some cleaning today as well.

03/08 - 158.5 - Wasn't expecting that at all. Ended up working late (boss in town to set up yearly goals) and was STARVING. To the point of nausea. I think the soup I made was overestimating calories (despite creating it in the recipe section) so I've been undereating. I went home and stopped by the gas station to get a personal pizza. Devoured it and treated myself to a mini cone as well. Boom, down half a pound. Water was good. Was so late coming off work I didn't end up working out (why drive 30 minutes to eat to drive 30 minutes back to work for the gym and again 30 minutes back home) so I did some work on my stationary bike. Nothing big, just to keep moving. I'm going to need to find a morning to wake up a few minutes early and measure myself to see where I'm at

03/04 142 holy cow, what a gain. Had friends over and went crazy on the sweets, treats, wines and salty foods. I am assuming it's all bloat and nothing to worry about. Last night was the last night of doing this terrible. March is here which means new goals (I am focusing on toning) and new weight goals (I am not going to worry about my weight trend and just have the loss comes as it comes) it's time to get serious. At least 3 months until summer

Its so crazy how much of a struggle it is to take weight off but the day you decide to eat "normally" and with everyone else and it takes 4 days to take it off. Sheeeeesh!! I feel like it is always the same argument. I mentally finally feel serious all over again...just want the mentality to stick.

03/04- 222lb - happy to see this number again after a small bump on Sunday. This is my lowest so far so I can’t complain. Today will be doing a walk, low calorie day 💪🏻
03/05 - 222.3lb
03/06 - 221.75lb - a new low this morning, hopefully it’s a sticky one 😅
03/07 - 221.6lb - slightly lower low but I’ll take it and thankful it seems sticky. 6 more days to get 1.6lb off, completely achievable 💪🏻
