    @tiabirdie56 & @quiltingjaine Thanks for the reminder on checking my macro allowances. I had not done that in a very long time (since last summer!). I certainly had not redone them when I hit the 170's but probably should have. Because I've gained weight since last fall (especially since Dec 18), my macros are still okay for my chubbier self because I was about this weight last time I checked them. However, in a few pounds down, like in the 170's again, I will recheck them and do it way more often. Also good luck to you on the beef & butter fast. I did sign up for the newsletter yesterday. Also thanks to Tish for the links in my inbox. I will be reading them today.
