    Jan 28: 186.7 Weight was higher at the start of my week. It is working it’s way back down with the help of the cardio dancing. Diet has been on point and I’m feeling really great right now. Travel coming up on Wednesday, so I dread the restaurant bump that is likely, but I plan on just dancing it away!

    Jan. 21: 148.0 lbs Feeling extra fluffy lately. Not sure what combination is water weight and what is fat but either way I don't like it. Time to cut out the extra snacks and eat more veggies.
    Jan. 28: 147.8 lbs Didn't do so great this month. I've adjusted my goals for the rest of the challenge.

Tomato soup one day, hot chocolate yesterday. A few days, junk carbs, cookie, chips, chocolate. The winter weather has been colder than it has been for a long time. Makes me want to eat!

    New MFP start date 6/10/2018 199 lbs. Have logged in every day since then. Not going to regain this time!!

    Jan. 7: 157.5 Going the wrong way. We had a party 1/5 and hopefully this is just water weight. TOM also came to visit !!?? (WTH?--hasn't been here for 6 months). Exercise has been good! Looking to post better numbers next week!
    Jan. 14: 153.5 Well. That's a bit better. Down .5 from starting weight, but might not make January goal!

    Feb. 25: 148 -- This number is bouncing. I travelled for a week, and then got appendicitis. I was 146 before going into the hospital....but I think that the angry appendix and lack of appetite had something to do with that. Out of the exercise swing of things for at least another week!

    Obviously, this week didn't go so well, I ate a lot and didn't care. There are too many things on my mind now but maybe realizing that my food intake is something I actually can control - when there is so much I cannot - will help to stay strong.

    It is easy to eat when you don't feel great as we think it will help or we will feel in control. But I try and way to myself will it change the situation or make me feel worse about something else. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. But you are in control of this part of your life and your journey. Big hugs to you.

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): I don't remember, many years and +/-
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 160.0

    Jan. 7: 160.0 - was 155 right before Christmas so a definite holiday bounce. Plus indulging in gluten which isn't good for me.
    Jan. 14: 156.4 - glad to lose the bloat from gluten and holiday indulgences.
    Jan. 21: 156.2 - irritating because yesterday I was 155.4...but I did have sugar and gluten over the weekend so really not a surprise to be +.
    Jan. 28: 161.0 - my own fault, lots of sugar and gluten last week. Complete fail for January but I will do well in February.

    Feb. 4: 156.0 - saw 155 yesterday but of course not this morning.

    Jan. 7: 146.2 lbs
    Jan. 14: 148.8 lbs (alcohol and cake this weekend with not enough water)
    Jan. 21: 148.0 lbs Feeling extra fluffy lately. Not sure what combination is water weight and what is fat but either way I don't like it. Time to cut out the extra snacks and eat more veggies.
    Jan. 28: 147.8 lbs Didn't do so great this month. I've adjusted my goals for the rest of the challenge.

    January Goal: 144.2 lbs
    January Actual: 147.8 lbs :disappointed:

    Feb. 4: 148.2 lbs Let's hope I do better this month
    Feb. 11: 150 lbs I know what is causing the fluctuation, but it is still frustrating.
