This was actually one of my progress goals. xD When the boobs stick out further without a bra, goal has been met.9 -
Trying on clothes last night to see what to get rid of and pulled out my "goal jeans" from before. A few years ago I could barely pull them up, now when I put them on they're baggy and loose (though still very close to my size). Still working on loss but to remind myself how far I've come feels so good, hopefully next year they will be way too big!12

Biked the route for my upcoming triathlon yesterday. Didn't die. First time on a bike in 2 years. Wanted to quit halfway through. Didn't.25

So, I have hip arthritis. When I first started this journey, I weighed 205. That's a lot of weight on your joints! When I first started working out, I couldn't do the elliptical every day due to pain, so I had to use the upper arm ergometer. When I dropped 15 pounds, I was able to get on the elliptical, but only for 20 minutes.
Today, I did 3 miles in 40 minutes on one of the highest incline and resistance settings on the Interval setting! No pain! (I'm 35 pounds lighter than when I started, too.)27 -

Someone recently described me as a runner and I laughed. I guess our mind doesn't catch up with where we are now.9 -
A good friend has been wanting to exercise, but has been having trouble getting started, so we set up a lifting sessions two nights a week at my house. Just did our first one last night and it went really well.
I’m excited to share my love of lifting with a friend and this made me clean out that area of the garage and actually use my home gym again!13 -
Work is doing a snack run and I didn't ask for anything because I already knew I generally can't fit it into my day. I was tempted though, lol.19

My NSV involves a hotel towel. At home I have big towels so they always wrap around me. I travel for work and hate hotel towels because they're small. Today I thought, ok let's try this and I wrapped the towel around my body. There was enough towel to tuck it in and the guess what - NOTHING was exposed! No thigh, no tummy, nothing. I was so excited it's a little sad, but I'll take the victories where I can get them.35

I was able to do 4 unassisted pull-ups, in a row for I think the first time ever. 208lbs is a lot to pull.21

That is like, the BEST feeling. There's nothing comfy like a towel that wraps nicely. Makes you feel luxurious.7 -
I got up the nerve to do my first (barbell) deadlifts at the gym yesterday. I'd been mainly on the machines up to this point, but working my way gradually over to the free weight area.21
