03/11- good news today, I don't have to see my neurologist no more, my drivers licence was suspended by my doctor because I had radiation and in case of seizures . I have perfect health again and will get my licence back.

03/11 381.2 - I am really struggling this year. So many family dynamics going on, but I am trying to stay a float and refuse to give up. I have to find a way to take care of me also. Thanks for support and being here. The struggle is real for me this year. If I could just be consistent about going in the right direction. Scale came and sending it back. Decided just going to keep old scale When I did that summary at the end of round 69 and saw I am up 9 pounds this year, that it is. I am going to get that number down and out of the red zone!! Net change 2019 = (+9)- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.

I need motivation and supports . I have stopped exercising for quite some time in year 2018,due to divorce, time management with kids and workplace.
I have had Plantar Fasciitis at my right foot for a year plus..Every steps are sharp , stabbing heel pain for me.

03/04--213.1 Went out for breakfast at my favorite place. Didn't drink much water the whole weekend...have to work on that today. Run day today.
03/05--212.9 There was some stress snacking yesterday evening, but I did get out yesterday and finish w6d2 and the run was great. Today is weight training. Working on getting in water today.
03/06--211.2 Had a great training session yesterday as it was the first time I was able to get through all 3 rounds of all of the exercises within my 1 hour training session. The first time I did the exercise routine about 3 weeks ago I wasn't even able to finish 2 rounds. Yoga tonight.
03/07--211.8 Yoga yesterday was great, but I'm tired this morning after being awoken by my sick dog throughout the night. Hubby is bringing dog to vet today. Weight training tonight, but considering how tired I am not sure how motivated I will be.
03/08--212.3 Even though I was tired yesterday I had one of my best workouts with my trainer last night, I increased weight on my lifts and time on my planks. The dog is feeling much better today, but what is even better is that over the past year after my vet told me my dog needed to lose about 10lbs, my dog has lost 12lbs. It's funny, her weight loss came from proper measuring of her food, reducing her snacks, and increasing her activity...exactly what I'm doing. Run day today.
03/09--213.6 I feel bloated today. I had eaten most of daily calories by 1pm yesterday and continued my normal eating for the rest of the day. However, I still finished W6D3 yesterday and I've already gone to the gym this morning and did my weighlifting workout. Rest of day is to run some errands and relax.
03/10--213.1 Feeling heavy today. I found this new snack that I thought fit into my current food sensitivity diet, but I snacked on too many of them and I think there is also something in them that is bothering my system. I gave my husband the rest of the snacks for him to bring to work. I was planning on doing a run today, but my legs are feeling heavy so I think today will be my rest day and I will go for a run tomorrow and I will probably just go for a gentle walk with the dog later today. Going to the movies today and planning on having popcorn.

03/10 197.0. Back down to where I was a couple weeks ago. My body decided to have the period a week early, the same week I started my new job 😡 I’m going through perimenopause and NOT having a good time with it. I have severe acne which I’ve never had before and so I’ve been doing a lot of reading about food and supplements and pretty much using my body as a test. I don’t like doctors or medicine and believe food heals (or hurts) the body. But I know, obviously, that my hormones are out of wack and maybe a few other issues. I’ve always had a smoothie for breakfast, recently changing the ingredients for more anti inflammatory foods, being conscious to stay away from estrogen spiking supplements. And I now have a fresh produce juice at night. Salad and protein for lunch and a protein for dinner. I’m curious to know what has helped others get through “the change”?
03/11 198.0. I’m ok with the 1 pound gain. Today I ate according to plan and got on the treadmill. I’m still trying to love it, but I know it’s best for my body and health to get movement in. I put the Fitbit back on after it’s been sitting on my side table for a good three months. It helps that I can finally see an end to winter; longer days and warmer (slowly) days! 😀

This challenge:- Really focus on meal planning / shopping. Paying close attention to what goes into my mouth and asking myself "is it worth the calories?". Often it's not! I'm eating like I used to when I was marathon training...always gave myself a treat! New Fitbit Versa keeping the numbers going - loving it so far.

03/05- 163.8 70 mins treadmill as usual for a weekday. Calories OK, went to the local farmers market and got a coconut chicken curry. Difficult to know the calories. It really was very good though and halved it for lunch tomorrow! And some delicious strawberries - always so much nicer than the store bought.
03/06- 164. Took a rest day today although just wish I'd just got up usual time and got on the treadmill. It really does set me up for a better day at school. Calories are over today but tracked all the same.

03/10 - 164.2 Have really neglected my postings. I'm officially 'stuck' - keep yo-yoing around 164 and am really detesting that number - it's sticking it's tongue out at me!! HOWEVER - I've been baking hot cross buns and although DH eats most of them, even 1/ day is too many. @juliemargaretkim I'm with you on the Shrimp and grits! I've had that a couple of time at a local cafe, and couldn't believe what I'd been missing! It was served with fresh, slightly sauteed spinach and tomatoes and was absolutely delicious. I haven't had it since I started keto, going on 6 months, but I can't say I'll never eat it again.

Whoo!!! What a week! I'm placing 3 days here at once... it's been a whirlwind, and I realize that weight fluctuations this crazy are not fat-related- they are water and intestinal related... 03/04- 163.0. Good day today-started off lower than my EW! Also on track with water lol. Yesterday it took my family and I 5 hours into the evening to buy and food prep...they had NO idea how long it takes! Well now they do We also made WAY too much salad ... so that will be going into the freezer later for green smoothies if they aren't consumed this week (dressing aside, so it stays fresh!). All in all, a pretty good day!
03/05- 162.0. Cool. A step in the right direction (though maybe a touch dehydrated). Was able to eat healthfully, and planning to get plenty of rest tonight! I learned about the "Crimson Worm." It's an actual worm and it's so strange! Definitely worth looking up I'm feel blessed to have had a good day- and no matter what happens, any day above ground is a good day!
03/06- 163.4. Glad to be staying a bit more out of 164/165.. Yesterday there was more salt (so no surprise there!), and today there was more sweets! LOL. Definitely working on consistency! Well, off to get some rest - tomorrow is a new day with exams and all, so hopefully things can stay on track holistically!

Goal: Maintain between 135 and 140 lb.
I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-69 = 43.0 lb. lost in 159 days!
Latest NSV: I achieved my goal weight (135) on the next to last day of Round 69. I was out of town on the last day of the round and didn’t check in. My new goal is to increase strength and stay under 140 lb. Parts of me looks melted now, but I’ll cover those areas, except my face, and firm what I can. I still have muscular calves, and capris can cover my upper legs. I’ll have to stay in the water or wear a long cover-up when I go to the beach.
I had a doctor appointment Friday, and my height was ½” less than last year, so it seems I really am melting. Until a couple of years ago, I was 5’6 1/4”. It’s obvious I’ll never make it to the 5’10” I thought would be a perfect height. I’m fortunate to have a tall husband to help me out!

03/04 135.8 Yesterday was a long, but enjoyable day of singing and testifying with our gospel music group—three concerts. We left early in the morning, and I returned home just before midnight. I worked today, so I’m very tired this evening. The good news is, I can sleep late tomorrow morning. Love it!

Along with loose belly skin, that I’ve had since my twin pregnancy over 30 years ago, I still have a little belly fat, so I hope that’s where muscle toning work will help. I’m so used to the keto WOE now, I think I’ll pretty much stick with that, do weight training, and just eat a little more than I’ve been eating. I’m feeling good now!

I had a good keto meal at Chili’s on Sunday—Guiltless Grill 6 oz. sirloin with avocado, Fresco salad, and mushrooms. If you have healthy, low carb food recommendations for different restaurant chains, I’d like to hear about them.
03/07 135.4 In my new found freedom, I have to make sure I don’t overdo. I want to gain muscle, not fat, except in my cheeks (all of them), but that would be prohibitively expensive. I can live with wrinkles—I’m old enough. Last week, I was thinking of my granddaughter’s high school graduation in 2020, and realized that will be the half century mark/50 years after my own high school graduation.

The persecuted Christians want and need our prayers and support. Today is the first day of daylight savings time, and it was a good Sunday.

Probably because 1000 calories is too low - your body may have gone into starvation mode to hold on to as much as it can now ! xx Try changing your intake and out put of calories x.

03/09 - 80,5 kg - well at least it’s not a gain! Didn’t do too much today but stayed under calories so that’s okay.
03/10 - 80,0 kg - so close getting out of the 80s! Please make it happen this round haha. I will only mark it as achieving a mini goal if I stay under 80 kg 3 consecutive days though. I feel like my body keeps holding on to a certain weight for some days and then just drops it out of nowhere (like today and my SW of this round)
03/11 - 79,9 kg - i'm under 80! (at least for one day haha). didn't do too well yesterday, went over with like 300 calories, but I stopped myself so that's good! I also realized that I won't have a scale Wednesday so tomorrow will be my final weight in for this round.
03/12 - 79,7 kg - I’m happy with this final result! Onto the next round!

Posting really late today. I've been having a craving and just checked and TOM is due this week, so that would explain that and maybe also my tiredness. I tried to satisfy the craving it over the weekend and went waaaay over calories. But now I know what I'm dealing with.
This month is going to be difficult, my last days in London this week, so I'm nervous about the move, new job and have a fair bit of travelling back and forth on top of being in temporary accommodation, new supermarkets etc.
Anyway, trying to find motivation to stick with my goals and keep doing what I need to go do get this weight down. Steps only 11k

Oh that's a little woosh Good day yesterday, well within cals with a lot of excercise, over 1100cals burned according to fitbit.
Today is a rest day and date night, not a great combination. But I need a rest day and will enjoy the night and not watch my food or drinks. We have our anniversary for starting dating next week and I won't be here. Before that, I have so start actual packing, as in putting stuff in the suitcase, deciding my work outfits for the first couple of weeks. I'll also have a last dash to the shopping centre and should get my steps in that way and will keep my daytime cals to the minimum.

I had several readings on my scale, I think it might need a new battery, 72kg came up several times and makes most sense given last night.
Yesterday, all evening cals were estimated and we had a great night, discussing all things about our move, a new home options etc. I started to actually put stuff in my suitcase. This means it's getting serious...
Today should be a good day, I have a Muay Thai PT session this afternoon so I have all the basics down before I start in a new gym. Otherwise, more packing and getting documents sorted for the new job. Only challenge could be to get my steps in. I'm supposed to run today ( I'm doing a Nike+ run club coached plan) but don't want to do that before the PT session. I'll have time to do that tomorrow instead.

Didn't quite get my steps in, 13.8k. Cooked a healthy Hello Fresh, which I split into lunch and dinner as DH was out. Had many cals left, so obviously had to eat the dessert that was still sitting in my fridge. And then I binged on some chocolate and crisps. My excuse is TOM, which was giving me a lot of cramps before the PT session.
BUT there is an NSV in there: i logged all the snacks instead of throwing the towel for the day (eve) and technically was still within cals, including all exercise cals.
Today, I plan to do yoga and run and then we'll go for brunch with a friend who is visiting. After that: final packing, eeek.

Travel day yesterday, didn't make my steps and didn't log, but also didn't eat very much, which is probably why I had such a drop. Today, it has been lashing rain apart from a short break, which I used to quickly check the way to the office, go food shopping, check the gym and also buy running leggings and longsleeve, which I put in the wrong bag (my DH will bring next week).
Still not logging, the kitchen in my airbnb isn't great, so I'm not so keen to cook. My eating isn't too bad though. Now waiting for the rain to stop again before it gets dark so I can go for a quick run and see the town centre, but this might not happen.

03/04 159.2 up a pound or so from recent days but I had a bad weekend with lots of drinking and snacking though stayed around maintenance calories, plus it's totm
03/05 159.4 well I was a total lazy slob yesterday so I guess I don't deserve a loss! I did stay below my calories though...
03/06 161.4 (+2#) I had high hopes getting on the scales this morning. Yesterday was a great day, I enjoyed a good long session at the gym and ate at my calorie goal of 1200 rather than way below it. Didn't sleep that great though. Gutted to be back in the 160s
03/07 159.4 felt sure it was going to be lower today. What happened to the 157.2 I saw about ten days ago? Nothing has changed, I have been in a constant deficit of at least 500 cals with maybe one or two days at maintenance. Yesterday I ate just over 1000 calories and burnt about 450 at the gym and went to bed hungry 😔 My trend line on Libra is now going up not down and it says n/a where the date for my goal weight should be.
03/08 157.4 (-2#) finally! I'm relieved about that! And surprised because I have stiff legs from a workout and that usually means water weight for me. Also I ate a lot of salad yesterday so I assumed I would be holding a lot of food bulk. I worked out in the evening rather than the morning so maybe that helped. I'm noticing a lot of people talking about drinking more water so I'm gonna aim for two litres a day plus coffee etc. I prefer sparkling with a slice, hopefully that'll do the trick!

03/11 158.8 (-0.4#) totally ate and drank too much this weekend, hopefully some of this is water weight. Still hopeful for reaching my goal if I really put the effort in!
03/12 156 (-3.2#) so I got a big drop, yay. However yesterday I only ate 450 cals and burned 750ish in calories at the gym, so this is definitely not healthy. I know I should be looking after myself better but when you get a drop like this it's hard to convince yourself to eat more. At least with my over indulgent weekend I can hope it balances things out a bit. One day to go, let's see if things stay low!

03/04 - 136.4 (-2lb) - Off to a quick start! Must have had a light day yesterday or something so am already at goal this round... Let's see if it sticks
03/05 - 134 (-2.4lb) - Woah! OK so there's obviously some water retention/loss stuff happening here. I've gone from being out of action with a shoulder injury and eating a lot of junk, to being totally back on the wagon in terms of food and exercise in the last few days. We will wait to see how this settles over the coming week I think! Zero complaints though haha.
03/06 - 132.9 (-1.1) - The whoosh is slowing a little, which is good. I am eating between 1500-1600kcals a day, so sticking with that for now and am hoping that I'll see the loss from the last few days hold. Clearly just the dramatic change from sweets and biscuits to protein, fruit and veggies! Bye bye water weight. I'm happy though, as I gave myself a goal of 128lb for mid-April which is now looking very achievable.
03/07 - 133.1 (+0.2) - Ok back to reality. I wondered how long the whoosh could last. Very happy with a tiny jump back up considering I started this round almost 3.5lb heavier! Weather is keeping me indoors and I am champing at the bit to get back out to my jogging/hiking. Forecast is not looking good. Otherwise, the week's food prep has been a god send and I am feeling focused and strong.
03/08 - 132.4 (-0.7) - Yay! Very close to my mini-goal of 132lb - hopefully see this by Tuesday. I have a night in with my girlfriends tonight with lots of delicious goodies and a few drinks, undoubtedly a greasy breakfast treat tomorrow, then back to the lighter food after that. I've got a fairly active weekend planned so looking to balance it out.
03/09 - no scale - Great night last night but I'm glad I didn't have to step on the scales this morning. Enjoyed my breakfast treat and now I'm off to get some healthy groceries in for the week!
03/10 - 137 (+4.6) - Hahaha didn't think I had THAT much fun on Friday, but apparently I did. Went for a 5km run yesterday, my first since my shoulder injury a month ago, so very happy with that. Did nearly 14000 steps and stuck to my calorie goal as well, despite being a little bit dusty after Friday drinks. A great Saturday all round!
03/11 - 136.9 (-0.1) - OK now I'm getting a little annoyed. The only thing I can think that's causing this fluctuation is that I started back on the pill on Friday and have had two days of heavier exercise over the weekend. Anyway, focusing on sticking to my calories and trusting the process - I know it works, just need to have faith and ignore the fluctuations. My clothes are feeling a bit looser so there's a NSV as well
03/12 - 132.7 (-4.2) - *shrugs* daily weighing for you! I had major issues with MFP yesterday, both the app and the desktop site and couldn't log my food until 10pm, which was infuriating! Had to estimate my intake and went slightly over - about 150cals. No biggie but annoying all the same.
