I'm really confused... are we supposed to be doing the stuff on the list that says Day __ whatever AND the name of the day (Monday, Tuesday)? I didn't do Mondays 'cause I just looked at Lori's status for the day for what our challenges were. I'm really not up to a 5k today PLUS my one mile...
Sorry for any confusion. The 5K is next week. We are on day 2. When Gary composed that list he just called the last 2 days (29th and 30th) Mon and Tues. Wed we will rest and have off next week.0 -
Started my day in the fitness center & so glad I did cuz by afternoon time I crashed. I think travel caught up with me. I found some folks to eat dinner with and the only downfall there was the HUGE amount of sodium. I subbed a salad for one of the sides & couldn't finish it so that helped me quite a bit. WHO in the world makes fish tacos with a corn tortilla AND a flour tortilla??? LOL... oh yeah, Rock Bottom Brewery. :-) I sorta destroyed their nice work of art by pushing 3 of the 4 shells out of the way!
Completed:
1 of the 5 miles I committed to the team.
250 more crunches (I think I'm at 800 now???... gotta go back & review).

Calories will be under for sure cuz I'm headed back over to the fitness center for some more mileage to help burn off some of the dinner.

Weighed in tonight at WW and lost 2 pounds, for a total of 10% of my body weight lost, which means a got a handy-dandy little key chain that was made in China!! Oh, the things we'll do for rewards!!

Thx for updates everyone! Elana scoot over and let me join ya, Sister. I've had such a pooper of a day. I got everything done but the globe jumps which I will be making up tomorrow. I just need a solid night's sleep and I'll be back to perky little Lori. Right now I feel like I need a life enema. Long story. Anywho we all have bad days and what counts is that we pick ourselves right back up and press on!!!

Um... I looked up Split Squat Hops and the only thing I could find was basically an alternating lunge but you hop up? If that's right, I'm just going to do alternating lunges because I literally can't pop up like that with my knee. Here I go!0
