03/24 – 186.3 – after the last two rounds of very little loss, this was awesome. I just have to keep going even when the scales go up and down.
03/25 – 186.3 – happy with this after have a couple beers yesterday. Still stayed below my calories though.

03/24: 192.6 - I started out this round with a loss from yesterday! Yesterday was also our 16 year anniversary, we went out and neither of us felt like drinking. Probably saved myself a ton of calories. Hope this loss sticks
03/25: 191.6 - I'm really liking this trend and I hope it sticks around! TOM is almost over so this is a little expected.

First round! I'd like to track 10,000 steps a day on my Fitbit, go to the gym on the days I have it on my schedule, and average a little under my calorie goals to help fit in any unexpected treats/beers. A 2lb loss would be great!

03/24 191.0 lb Pretty pleased! I had homemade pizza and beer last night and had expected a bump on the scale. I'm going out for dinner tonight, so we'll see what happens tomorrow.
03/25 192.2 lb Dinner last night was Chinese food and beer, so nothing unexpected here and I'm not planning on eating out again until the weekend. I walked 10,487 steps yesterday and drank a decent amount of water.

03/25 - 153.9 - I'm pretty sure this will creep back up. I had the remainder of my whoosh on Saturday for TOM and then HUGE party Saturday night. Forced myself to eat 2 pieces of pizza but my stomach was not happy with me. Yesterday I barely ate (no hangover, but stomach was still bloated and ick from the alcohol) and minimal water all weekend. But it's a nice number to see. Very much what I was before I left the army (post surgery). Now, to see my pre-surgery weight!

03/24 191.6 Surprised by this pound loss, because even though I stayed on my plan, I ate throughout the day
and only got 8,000 steps. Plan on taking a 5 mile walk around the lake, drinking lots of water and staying
keto.
03/25 192.2 Walked 13,000 steps yesterday, and stayed below my calorie goals, but did not drink much water.

After going off track this weekend my weight was up high on Monday morning. Didn't weigh on Sunday so only doing nine days this round. I'm hoping I'm carrying a lot of water weight today so I'm going to set my goal at 153#. I was so close to this at the end of last round so it should be possible however I'm going away next weekend so am expecting a gain. Also TOTM is due next Sunday so this round is likely to be a bit wonky!
Goals are to keep hydrated, avoid alcohol during the week and get good sleep
03/25 155.8 (+2.06) I ate more than double my calories yesterday and still have a lot in my system so this really isn't a surprise. Just hope it's only temporary!

Sept. 2018 OSW 187 (Was my Round #1)
UGW 135.....yes, 135!
Goal this round-159-hopefully! I got down to 162 last round.
3/24-165 Salty heavy food yesterday, but worth it. Later today I leave for my week long quilting class...I can’t wait!
