I am checking in two days early because I'll be starting vacation on my check in day and am not sure if I'll have access to a scale.
This week's challenges: So this week sucked. I had a terrible heartbreak/stress/sickness this week and that's been really rough. I was so constantly nauseous and shaky that I had no appetite and barely ate and just felt terrible. I'm still trying to keep my head up and I think I'm finally getting better with being sick and feeling better about the stress/heartbreak.
This week's successes: Well....I hit my first goal weight, so yay! The first half of the week was really rough, but I'm slowly feeling back to myself.
Next week's goal: Enjoy my vacation and time together with my mom. Walk a lot. Track and be mindful of what I eat, but don't let it stop me from having fun on my vacation.

This week's challenges: I've been feeling quite tired (not sleeping well, plus potential side effects from medication and/or diet), and lost my appetite, so feeling quite blurgh. Slipped off the diet two days - not too much damage - and not as much exercise as usual.
Next week's goal: Stick to diet & follow new strength training plan.2 -

I was put off end of January when I saw no weight loss but I did notice an inch loss but since then there has been no change till today I had dropped 1lbs 💃2 -

New and just started over again 2/11/19 at 225.8 and need to lose over 100lbs and prefer the challenges to keep me more motivated. I have started over for the 2nd time this year already. I started in January had some issues, and finally started again in February. So up for this challenge!

10k race next Saturday. I ran the same race last year as my very first race ever. This is my 10k year!
3 weeks until a spring break cruise with family. Our first big family trip. Looking forward to seeing everyone and having tons of fun.

Last week's successes: WALKED! I walked in NYC. Took the stairs in the rail station area and museum (up to 17 flights one day). Walked the botanical gardens instead of taking the tram. Walked in the rain multiple miles instead of taking the sub. Walked daily my daughters dog at the camp.
Last week’s misstep: Snacking on chips and in general eating too much. Also did not check in daily to MFP

So, I put 4lbs on while I was on holiday for two weeks. This wasn't at all bad considering how much I ate while I was there!!
Back on it now though, and will attempt to catch up to the 1lb per week idea by dropping that 4 and maybe a bit more over the next few weeks.2 -
