GW date: not too worried about this, but at the moment my focus in on tue 9th April when I go on holiday. Had hoped for 180, but will take below 185 and fitter!
This is my first ever one of these and I'm super excited!
Week food is planned. Exercise planned. Now to get it done!

03/24 187.4 this morning after an evening off yesterday. Lowest weight last week was 186.8 on Thursday, would love to see that tomorrow morning for my official weekky weigh in.....!
03/25 - 186.8 (-0.6) and, back to my lowest weight so far, would love to see a new low tomorrow!
Yesterday I wasn't perfect with my food but drank lots of water and did 16000 steps including a round of couch to 5 k.
Today, I'm out of the house from 9 to 8.30pm for work.... lunch and snacks are packed, but i don't see how I'll manage 10k steps.... let's see if I can surprise myself!
03/26 - 185.8 (-1) wasn't expecting that after just 5000 steps yest and no time to think about water etc. But, I'm taking it! C25K jog done this morning, shower now when brekkie lunch box and to work for an 11.5 hour day again, I will stay on plan!
03/27 - 185.0 (-0.8) happy happy! Below my low weight of last May now.... And so keen to keep on going! Another 11 hour day at work.... what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, now it's time for coffee!
03/28 - 185.4(+0.4) was always going to happen and little ups are just fine. Going to focus on my water today as Thursday is a bit of a treat night. I don't work Fridays so it is my Friday night! Don't want to ruin my hard work of the beginning of the week though so will try and stay in control! I'd love to be in the 184s for my 'official weigh in next Monday......
03/29 185.6 - yesterday I over ate on a pack of choc covered rice cakes before bed and also had a planned gnt. I'm tired, but today I will hopefully have time to focus on my water and make good choices today.... weekends are my nemesis and because I have split offs mine can end up being Friday to Monday. But, this challenge is going to help me to keep control:) happy Friday everyone!
03/30 - 185.8, slowly creeping the wrong way with only myself to blame! Yesterday I didn't eat enough for brekkie or lunch so then had way too many bad snacks in the aft/Eve. Tonight there will be wine but I'm still hoping I can stay under 186 by some miracle and then start heading down again!
03/31 186.0- I'm happy with that! Now to focus today and for the week!jog done this morning and overnight oats eaten. Today I will be planning for the week and being organised so I can get into 184s and below next week I hope!

03/24 95.5 usual little weekend bounce. Taking a bit of a maintenance weekend to see if I can get rid of this virus! So no running, no spinning and eating a little more than usual. Although I did spend all day yesterday and today in the garden getting ready for growing season. Have all my veggies down now so looking forward to a lovely summer diet of fresh vegetables from the back garden!
03/25 95.0 guess i was working harder in the garden than I thought over the weekend! Back to running this week… I have 12 days left until graduation, out of the 3 dresses the one I want to wear most turns out to be the tightest… typical… so just have to see if I can skim a little bit more off so I can wear it comfortably!
03/26 94.8 nice to be back running again, 11 days until graduation! Also... My bmi is now 29.9.... I'm just plain ol' overweight now! Not obese! Woohoo!
03/27 dnw was up late to get kids to school so had already had breakfast when I remembered I hadn't weighed! Now had the ultimate joy of trying on my dresses, 2 fit but I still feel so frumpy in them! as I've gotten older the excess seems to gather on my tummy, it used to gather on my hips, which gave me a fat *kitten* but I couldn't see it so it was fine (ish) but now I feel like I've got a spare tyre from a bus sitting around my hips and I just hate it as I can see and feel it all day! My husband is zero help as he just tells me to get used to it because it's part of getting old! I don't want the tyre and I will never “just get used to it”!
03/28 94.4 nice little drop! last week to put in the work to drop the last bit for graduation! The graduation is a completely selfish thing, no one else gives a monkeys about it but i spent a long time working hard to earn my masters so I will be selfish on this one!
03/29 dnw mood taking a nosedive so I'm going to just relax a bit this weekend and come back to it once the black cloud lifts! I get very low moods with my period so I know how to deal with it and I know it will pass but it's bloody annoying!

03/31 dnw mother's day here in Ireland so I'm going to head to the gym today to try to balance the eating of chocolate! i actually meant to weigh but completely forgot! Monday tomorrow, start of a whole new week!

03/24 - 206.0 - down a little. Surprised as I didn't have a great day food wise but I suppose I ate little of the bad stuff. And I did manage a run/walk. So happy with that!
03/25 - 206.8 - back to start weight again. Food was ok yesterday. Could have been better. Spent the whole day walking around but more of a stroll than a brisk walk.
03/26 - 207.6 - not good. Not too bad with food but mane too much bread. This is not a good trend.
03/27 - 205.4 - excellent day yesterday. Excellent food wise and I did a yoga class and a very brisk walk. Hope I keep this loss now.
03/28 - 206.6 - food ok but too much of it and not enough exercise because there was no time. Today will be much better!
03/29 - 205.2 - food a bit too much cheese and no exercise just the usual 10,000 steps but nothing else.
03/30 - 206.0 - food ok and very brisk walk for 40 mins. Also plenty of water.

03/24 - 96.7 yesterday was so stressful had to eat the entire house. Fingers crossed for better behavior today
03/25 - 95.6 The best way to be rewarded for good behaviour is to see it on the scale I know it is just water for having no carbs and other water retention stuff, and it will probably not stick too long as is (or stick too long XD and plateau). Anyway great way to get motivated to get back on track.

After going off track this weekend my weight was up high on Monday morning. Didn't weigh on Sunday so only doing nine days this round. I'm hoping I'm carrying a lot of water weight today so I'm going to set my goal at 153#. I was so close to this at the end of last round so it should be possible however I'm going away next weekend so am expecting a gain. Also TOTM is due next Sunday so this round is likely to be a bit wonky!
Goals are to keep hydrated, avoid alcohol during the week and get good sleep
03/25 155.8 (+2.06) I ate more than double my calories yesterday and still have a lot in my system so this really isn't a surprise. Just hope it's only temporary!
03/26 154.8 (+1.6#) very sedentary day yesterday as I hadn't slept well. Ate below calorie goal but not enough protein. Feeling more hydrated now but still holding onto the weekend's excesses. need to be more active but today I'm gonna be spending about seven hours in a car.
03/27 154.2 (+1#) I spent five hours sitting in a car last night waiting outside the Birmingham Arena while my 15 yr old was at a Panic at the Disco concert. I was bored, hungry and cold so of course caved in and ate her left over chips and nuggets. Doh.
03/28 153.4 (+0.2#) Almost back at my round 71 finishing weight. Not the best day yesterday in terms of food choices as I had carb cravings and had bread crisps and rice. Also ate way too late. I stayed under my calorie goal but I think too much salt.
03/29 153.0 well I'm at my 10 day goal weight today, yay, but I'm getting anxious about the weekend ahead. We're staying with friends on Saturday and I'm going to have no choice over what food is on offer and don't want to seem impolite by turning food down. Social situations make me nervous and I usually drink too much to cope with it, and then eat too much! I will do my best not to drink or eat my nerves and to have fun. Also totm is due on Sunday so I can expect water weight!

03/31 DNW I was thoroughly bored at evening at our friends house, everyone was speaking Punjabi most of the night so I was a bit left out, so I drank a lot but didn't eat much.
04/01 155.2 (+2#) as expected, my weekend away has caused a gain. Plus yesterday with a hangover I spent the day watching films and snacking. Little chance of reaching goal tomorrow so that's 20 days no progress :-/

Focusing on me this round (never easy with 6 kids, 2 kids still at home, 6 grandkids, upcoming cheer comp and a permanently busy life! No major social events the next 10 days that should throw me off - although it is Mothers Day here in the UK next Sunday and the round does take in two weekends so need to stay focused through that. So here goes!

03/24 - DNW - was my turn for a Sunday morning cup of tea in bed! At a quiz night last night where although I allowed for it in my calories for the day I did have salty snacks - doritos, olives etc and drank a ton of very gassy sparkling water so I know weight will be up and will take a few days to recover
03/25 -152.8lb up 3.1lb which is not possible but down to Sunday roast last night and hang over from Saturdays nights salty snacks. Scales may not reflect it but I know why they are up and it will be a temporary blip. Still no TOM (12 days over now!) and bloatedness still hanging around but despite all this feeling good about where my head is at and looking froward to this round to make some progress!
03/26 - 151.6lb down 1.2lb - in the right direction so will happily take that for today and hopefully keep heading in this direction! Food all planned and ready for the day and a gym session tonight - and as that is all done, water is now my focus for today
03/27 - 151.6 +0.0 - stayed the same which is OK as its not up Good food day planned , good gym session last night and TOM finally decided to arrive. Clocks go forward this weekend and so the lighter evenings will be upon us which always gives me a massive boost mentally. Continuing the quest to go down...........
03/28 - 151.3 -0.3lb - bit lower. Slow and steady..... Day planned to be within calories but going to be carb heavy (working lunch today which involved sandwiches and we have home made burgers tonight) so may not reflect well on the scales tomorrow. But still hoping... Gym session tonight, been guzzling away on the water and green tea today so all good there - macros need some work by the looks of it

dinner last night (home made chicken enchilladas - yummy!) so ok with todays weigh in. Should be all good today although mothers day tomorrow so a big family roast dinner planned but hopefully will be partly offset by my bike ride tomorrow - we're back out on the Social Sunday Rides. Only a slow 35 miles planned as no-one has been out for ages with a mid way tea and cake stop - perfect mothers day for me
03/31 - DNW - was mothers Day so did indulge in a slice of sponge the girls made me and also a full on roast dinner in the evening with a selection of very yummy desserts! On the other side though I did get out on my bike for the first time this year and did a 42mile ride so really pleased with that. Tea room mid way stop was a pot of tea and a toasted hot cross bun but according to Strava I burnt 900 calories so not feeling guilty about it!
04/01 - DNW again as had big dinner last night so decided to give the scaels a miss. Good food day planned today though and a walk tonight to help loosen up my legs after yesterdays ride so a good day ahead

@jenn990205 I too seem to be stuck at the 150 - up down up down ...... so need to break through and like you a big Sunday dinner can be 2lbs on overnight! Determined to get through this barrier ....
I'm just trying to stay focused on the longer term rather than worrying about an individual meal, aiming to stay well hydrated.

Not a bad round, I have had shark week and a holiday during this round so small gain was fine with me.

Had higher than normal carbs over the weekend and had a super active weekend, burned around 5000 calories on Saturday (16km of Rowing, 20000 Steps, Digging rubble out of the garden for 2 hours and a little jogging). So expect weight will subside a little toward the end of the week.

Went a bit mad with a loaf of bread yesterday, really must remind myself there's a reason why I don't normally keep certain foods in the house. Carbs up phenomenally yesterday again so up on the scale again today. Fibre will probably take care of that tomorrow though

Bingeing has been a bit uncontrollable this week, no idea what is triggering it in the slightest. Have increased exercise quite a bit as rowing race coming up soon and also taking part in a StepBet challenge. Weight is steadily climbing - seems the more determined I become, the worse I am doing. Think I am going to take a break from food logging altogether for a while and just monitor weight for a while to keep an eye on average calorie intake.

First day of not logging my food for a month, it was weird to eat and not have to log it because the habit has become so ingrained. Stepbet challenge going well, have hit well above my target without too much extra effort, extra walk at lunchtime or taking scenic route for grocery shopping.

First weekend of not logging done, scale is up a little but then I did have a few drinks and ate out a couple of evenings. Goals during this period are to keep up eating plenty of fruit and veg, try to eat a little more fat than usual for satiety, cut down on snacking and stop buying trigger foods. We'll see how it's gone by the end of the month I suppose.9 -
Wow my 5th round already! Last month I reached three goals ahead of time. One of the goals would have been for end of March and the other was for April (Easter). I reevaluated my goals and I only have one for Easter. The new goal is to be 201.

03/24 - 210 starting this round with an increased weight, due to no one else but myself. I was binge eating yesterday so glad this was not worse than what it is. I have to get my head back in it. Doctor’s appointment tomorrow (check-up and blood work). After this will be assessing things and making some changes if necessary.
03/25 - 210.6 doctor appointment today and blood work.
03/26 – 209.8 the doctor’s visit went great, she is pleased with my progress so far (she did not know I was doing this again until yesterday). I got more blood work, I did not have to get the cholesterol because was good the last time. I don’t have to go back for another 6 months, which is great considering I was going every 3 months at one time. I also, was told not to focus too much on the numbers (example, saturated fats, sodium, etc. – these were concerns being on low cholesterol and with high blood pressure). Lastly, glad the weight is moving in this direction again.

3/25 -150.1. Wins yesterday - hour long dog walk, 90 min Bikram hot yoga class. Lots of water, coming off a lot of travel it was needed. Goals for today: tracking my food, exercise, drink lots of water. Do my best not to binge eat as I'm in a moment of high anxiety and my eating habits are really bad at times like these. Trying to be very conscious of this today.
3/26 - 148.8. Wins yesterday - 4 mile run, 45 min dog walk. Hydrated well. Tracked food. Didn't binge even though I was very stressed. Ended up over my calorie goal but it wasn't full-on bingeing like I'm known to do. Calling that a win.
3/27 - 148.8. Same as yesterday. Wins - did a tough HIIT class, drank a lot of water, tracked my food, slept well. What I didn’t do well - gave in to a sweets craving at night and went too far over calorie target. I wasn’t hungry, just wanted to eat. Will try to push through those cravings today.
3/28 - 147.3. Big drop! I know it's water weight but it was so nice to see! Had a lot of wins yesterday. Did a weight circuit with a sprinting finisher, drank a lot of water. Tracked all food and hit my calorie goal. I tend to eat way too much on days I work from home, but yesterday I didn't do that. Didn't get a great night's sleep last night so hoping I don't fall trap to being tired and making poor decisions. Plus I will be eating out twice today which is not normal at all - team lunch at work, and my parents are taking us to dinner for my husband's birthday (which is Saturday). Goal is to make good decisions at both of these meals and not overstuff myself.
3/29 - 146.6. Surprised by this! Wins yesterday - 45 min cycle class and a long dog walk. Drank a lot of water. Tracked food as best I could. Ate out twice yesterday so I couldn’t track easily but found equivalents that I hoped were close enough. I assumed sodium in restaurant meals would cause a gain so I’m pleasantly surprised at this number. I made good choices at the restaurants which is not my norm! Did not sleep well again last night so today’s challenge will be to stay strong and not let being tired win over good choices.
3/30 - 145.3. What?? I don’t know how I’m getting these big drops, I guess I had a lot of water weight to lose? Expecting this to stop soon. TOM is coming next week so I’m psyching myself up to not be disappointed if these numbers trend higher in the coming days. Wins yesterday: drank a lot of water, hour long dog walk, tracked all food. Successfully avoided alcohol and junk food at my neighbors’ while watching basketball (gotta love any time UNC loses 😉). Today will be challenging as I got no sleep last night at all (I typically get insomnia a few days before TOM so not abnormal), and it is my husband’s birthday. Those could lead to some unhealthy choices.
3/31 -145.5. Was expecting much higher so I’ll take it. Wins yesterday - HIIT class and a dog walk. Made sure to eat my greens prior to dessert. I did not drink enough water and I overindulged a bit, ate mostly healthy foods but portions were bigger due to having friends over for my husband’s birthday. And naturally had dessert. Still not sleeping well, and we are going out to eat tonight. Goals for today are to drink way more water, get some sort of exercise, and keep the rest of my food on point so the restaurant meal doesn’t weigh me down too much. And hopefully get a good nights sleep soon! TOM starts Tuesday, ready to get past that and sleep again.
4/1 - 145.9. Not unexpected. Ate at a restaurant for dinner so it was heavier (and probably saltier) than my usual meals. Wins yesterday - bodycombat class, long dog walk, hydrated well. Ate heavier than I should. Still very tired and have a stressful couple of days this week. Goal today is to not give in to the stress and stay on track.

03/24 – 186.3 – after the last two rounds of very little loss, this was awesome. I just have to keep going even when the scales go up and down.
03/25 – 186.3 – happy with this after have a couple beers yesterday. Still stayed below my calories though.
03/26 – no scale – didn’t eat well and had a couple glasses of wine but recorded everything.
03/27 – 186.5 – I’m ok with this after being out of town for the past couple days. I need to exercise.
03/28 – 186.5 – Did a 3-mile walk yesterday. 😊
03/29 – 185.4 – Yes! I did another 3-mile walk. I’ve been logging all my food, not drinking much alcohol, and drinking all my water, but adding in the exercise has been great!
03/30 0 185.0 – So excited! Hopefully it will stay off. If I could get into the 184s by tomorrow, that would be awesome. Recorded all food, no alcohol, and drank all my water.
03/31 – 185.8 – I figured this, ate out last night and went over my salt goal. I will take a walk today. Hopefully tomorrow it will be gone.
04/01 – 185.6 – Actually I’m good with this. Weighing everyday has its ups and downs, but if the scale stays on a downward trend overall, it’s good. I have time to take a nice long walk today. Looking to end this round with a nice loss.

03/25 – 140.5 – Holding steady after the weekend is unusual for me. No complaints!
03/26 – 140 – I’ve got some health issues right now, so I’m not sure if this drop over the past week is due to my diet or not.
03/27 – 140.5 – I’m OK holding here, I’ve been trying to up my calories a little without eating extra carbs.
03/28 – 140.5 – OK!
03/29 – 139.5 – Well, I’ve got plenty of wiggle room for the weekend.
03/30 – 140.5 – The weekend bump started and that is fine.
03/31 - 141 - Planning to work about 8 hours from home today so I won't get many steps in, but I'm still at the low end of maintenance so all is good.
