04/13--208.9 Hardly drank any water yesterday. Went to the 2nd dance lesson yesterday and we did the swing dance. Hubby was definitely more relaxed this week and actually said that he enjoyed himself...he liked the swing more than rumba from last week. I am starting to drop the hint that maybe we could take some swing lessons after this 4 week session is over...we'll see how that goes. Going for a run this morning and then running some errands the rest of the day.
04/14--209.2 I was so thirsty when I woke up this morning...I knew I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Ran for 3.5 miles yesterday and went to the gym this morning. I slept for 9 hours last night and could have slept for more if it wasn't for the dog plodding around this morning. Going to rewatch the last episode of GoT, hubby and I rewatched every episode over the past 3 months, and then get ready to watch the new episode tonight.
04/15--209.2 Really worked on getting my water in yesterday so that was a success. Run today and streching/foam rolling.
04/16--209.8 Ran 2.5 miles yesterday but did not do much stretching/foam rolling. Went to the chiropractor yesterday and he was also talking to me about stretching. There is one stretch that he wants me to do at least once for every hour I am at work...I've already missed the first 3 hours of my work day. Today is trainer.
04/17--209.2 Sore this morning from working with trainer last night. Did some snacking last night after dinner and looking back I realized that my dinner wasn't filling enough and especially on the evenings I work out with my trainer I feel even hungrier. Supposed to go out for a run before yoga tonight, but not sure if that will happen. I'm going to work on getting to bed a little earlier...even though I get about 7-7 1/2 hours of sleep I know I could definitely use some more sleep.
04/18--208.7 Had a great 2 mile run yesterday and then went to yoga. I was so tight during yoga, but I feel great this morning. Had 8 hours of sleep last night. Tonight is trainer night.
04/19--208.5 Working out with the trainer yesterday was really hard, not just physically but also mentally. My inflexibility is affecting some of my lifts and while the trainer has made some adjustments and is working with me on my flexibility I was getting frustrated with how inflexible I am and how I don't know if I can ever be more flexible. However, after I got home from my workout I started working on a plan. One of the things that I am going to do is put an alarm on my phone to go off every hour during my work day to remind me to stretch. I'm also going to use my stand up desk more often. Hopefully that will make a difference. Dance lessons tonight.
04/20--209.4 Ya, that second snack I had right before bed wasn't the best idea and at the time I knew I was just eating it because I was tired and bored and then this morning I woke up feeling a little gross. I'm at work this morning, but I'm wearing my running gear because I am still going to go out and doing my planned run today. Dance lesson yesterday was the Salsa...my husband said out of the all dances that was his favorite. So far this round has been a success, I have weighed in everyday lower than my average weight from last round...hopefully I don't jinx myself for the rest of this round.
04/21--209.8 I ran 4 miles yesterday, went for a run at the waterfront nearby my work office, it was nice to run somewhere different from my usual running routes by my house. However, I hardly drank any water yesterday so water is the goal for today. Went to the gym and did my weightlifting for today so now just relaxing for the rest of the day.

4/13: 194.2 (I got TOM 3 days early again! 🙁 at least I maintained my weight from yesterday! Last night I had some Chipotle and it was so yummy after a long week! I also did a 45 minute elliptical workout as soon as I got home after work. Have a nice weekend!
4/14: 195.0 (I guess I didn’t gain too much this TOM, so that’s amazing! I did a 15 minute elliptical workout and a 15 minute total body workout! I also went to dinner last night at a Cuban place and had lots of papa rellenas and chicken croquettes. It was so yummy and worth all the working out all week!)
4/15: 196.4 (There's that gain I was expecting from the weekend...hopefully I lose some of that TOM weight by Friday! Yesterday, I did a 45 minute elliptical workout and had one slice of pizza and a breadstick for dinner last night. I am looking forward to a fresh week and we'll see if it's a successful one. Happy Monday!)
4/16: 196.4 (TOM has ended, but my weight continues to stay up like it always does for a few days after. I did a core workout, 10 minute elliptical workout and 15 minute HIIT elliptical workout last night. I ate at a deficit with a grilled chicken salad and a small portion of ice cream. Gonna continue the grind and see what happens!)
4/17: 195.2 (Finally, some sort of progress in the right direction! I had to cut my workout short to prep dinner last night. I did a 10 minute elliptical workout followed by 15 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical. I made some chicken chow mein and it was soooo good and worth the long prep time. I'm hoping I have a loss by my official weigh in day on Friday!)
4/18: 194.4 (Okay, I'm on the right track! I have just 0.2 pounds to be below my weight last Friday. I'm hoping for a good day today with my calories and exercise to see a new low tomorrow morning. Last night, I did not do a workout since I had a nail appointment after work #priorities. I made spaghetti with meat sauce with garlic bread last night! )
4/19: 192.0 (What a woosh to see happen this morning! I did a 30 minute strength training workout and ate turkey meatballs with pasta.)
4/20: 193.2 (A little bit of an increase. I had some planned out Chinese food last night with my hubby for date night. Hubby says I should start my diet break now but I have lots of calories I saved throughout the week so that means higher calories today and tomorrow. Workout yesterday was 45 minutes on the elliptical!)
4/21: 194.4 (I ate so much yesterday for a Passover dinner AND a baby shower I was invited too. It was all within my allotted calories but I expected this gain. I did another 45 minute elliptical workout. We’ll see what the end result is of this challenge. I really don’t like Monday final weigh in days.)

Yesterday: 🚶♀️🏃♀️🥊🧘🍫🍷
This round is going to be tough. Two weekends including Easter, when I'll be going back to London to pack up our house for the move while catching up with friends and a desperately needed date night with DH.
I'm reinstating some moderate goals, but left some out that I know I won't be managing this round.
R73 EW: 71.7kg
Sat 04/13 71.5kg - 🚶♀️13k🍷 2300+cals in, 650 fitbit adjust, 8-900over
Picking up new car, yay! Steps will probably be quite low today, 2hr train ride to car, meet SIL and a couple of friends for lunch, then 2.5hr drive back home, dinner out...
Sun 04/14 - 71.5kg 🚶♀️8k🍷 didn't log cals, 315 fitbit adjust
I have a car! This is so exciting. It will negatively impact on my steps, but it also means I save 30mins each way to work, so I can start my morning runs again. And overall a new way of living 😊🚗
Yesterday wasn't too bad foodwise, a few road trip snacks (easter eggs) and ice cream after dinner. I estimated very generously, so cals might well have been lower.
Today, went for brunch, but very civilised, then Ikea before I dropped off my SIL at the airport. I didn't eat much, but had a few more Easter eggs - to finish them before the new week.
Mon 04/15 71.0kg 🚶♀️10k 🏃♀️2k 🧘🍷 1422 cals in, 447 fitbit adjust, 315 deficit
What a nice surprise this morning! Day was good food-wise, went for a brief lunch time walk and a 2k run - I really need to do some work to get back into running...
Tue 04/16 71.3kg no goals achieved, oops
Dinner with work, it was tapas style dinner but loads of different cuisines. I just estimated 1000cals for it.
I only did 3000 steps, this is my new reality, driving to and from work, plus no time for a lunch walk... Definitley don't want that to be the norm.
Wed 04/17 71.4kg 1713 cals in, 306 fitbit adjust, 178 over, 7k steps today
Weight is going the wrong direction, but not really surprising.
I favoured sleep over run or yoga again in the morning. I'm finding it really difficult to find an end to my day in the evening as they seem so short.
Food was acceptable, too much sugar, but not terrible. Ikea trip after work upped my steps, but still not made the 10k.
Thu 04/18 71.4kg cals over (wine and snacks), 7k steps
It's ok if I maintain this round. It's been a hectic week and the weekend will be no better. At work I needed chocolate and tonight I needed some wine! But at least I should get my steps in over Easter.
Fri 04/19 71.1kg not logged, 16k steps!
trip to London, night out
Food on my trip was acceptable, got plenty of steps in due to travel, walking around the house and then walked to meet my friend who I haven't seen since August. We had prosecco and chocolate and the best catch up. I also found my old non-digital scale, so can use that for the next couple of days.
Sat 04/20 71+kg on non-digital scale
Did some packing during the day and then went to a BBQ in the eve. Went to bed early and slept a whopping 8.5hrs!
Sun 04/21 72kg on non digital scale, 18k steps, cals not logged and definitely over.
More packing today, instead of date night went for brunch and a walk, which meant I reached 10k steps before midday. No run, there was too much to do. Tomorrow morning, the movers are coming to pick up our stuff. We're hoping that our new bed arrives before the moving van comes (So silly, the UK has different sizes to Europe and we have a relatively new mattress we're taking with us)
Mon 04/22 - brunch with friends, back to Amsterdam // no scale
Average weight per weekChanging this to weekly averages as I can take that from my fitbit.

So apparently I have been forgetting to post again. Oops. My life has just been sooooo busy and I'm either right on top of things or really off the wagon. I had a couple days of no weigh-in's this past work week b/c I overslept. I was dog-sitting at my cousin's house Sat/Sun morning. One good thing, I went back to Anytime Fitness and joined again. Now I just need to actually GO! I'm still dealing with voice/lung issues which leaves me almost completely worn out at the end of the work day. (ENT/Voice & Swallow consult on 4/29.) Glad Easter is here and will be gone b/c jelly beans are one of my weaknesses.

04/13 - 140.7 I believe this is the TOM drop I was waiting for in the last challenge, better late than never. I also cut white carbs yesterday that I had been eating through the previous week. -1.1lbs
04/14 - 140.7 I guess it has to slow down at some point. My diet was on point and I met my exercise goal yesterday as well. I also drank a ton of water yesterday (12cups). Not sure why the stall. Will see what tomorrow brings.
04/15 - 140 I did weigh in 3 hours later than normal so might be a little off but progress nonetheless.
04/16 - 140.7 I thought it might be up a little because of yesterday’s late weigh in possibly skewing numbers but I didn’t think I’d be back up where I was the day before. I have been doing a lot of strength training, maybe I’m retaining water. Either way I’m still on track. NSVs are abundant. I look much better in clothes than I did when I weighed less. I am also seeing noticeable changes in my strength and muscle mass. Hopefully I’ll see a drop on the scale tomorrow but either way I’m doing good! 💪🏻
04/17 - 140.2 I was expecting a little more but it’s a loss so I can’t complain. Looking forward to getting back into the 130s!
04/18 - 140.2 Just happy I didn’t gain with the taquitos I ate last night. 🤭
04/19 - 140.7 ugh. I have too many taquitos left over. Finishing them today and then back on track. I really don’t want to end this challenge in the 140s. 🤦🏻♀️
04/20 - 140.1 I was really hoping to finally see 139 but at least it’s a drop from the last several days even if it is a small one. The taquitos are gone as of yesterday so now I’m going to be very strict. Only nutritious food from here on out. I didn’t think taquitos could stagnate my weight loss so badly. Now I see, being so close to goal, I need to be nearly perfect to keep the weight coming off.
04/21 - 139.9 I was expecting a bigger drop because I did everything pretty much on point. I ate a little later than usual but it wasn’t too bad. Went out with some friends and didn’t give in to any temptation. I’m super excited to see the 130s again!!! Hope I can hold on to it. 120s here I come! 😆

Back again. This round is going to be a tough one for me and I would love to just maintain and stay in the 140's. We will be leaving on Sunday morning for Phoenix and won't be home till Thursday. There are 2 weekends in this round and one of them is Easter( which I am of course hosting) and we will have a funeral to attend out of town also. So I would say roughly 7 out of the next 10 days we will be eating mostly restaurant or fast food, sleeping in hotels, and having very little consistency at all. I will only be at work 2 days out of the next 10, which is never good. I stay on track with my eating and water so much better when I am at work, but this is life and I have to be able to manage it I guess, so all I can do is hope for the best.
Ended Rn 73: 148.8 10 day average 149.51
04/13 - 149.4 up a bit as I expected from the alcohol and snacking the night before and I did not make great food choices yesterday either. I wanted comfort food most of the day. I am spending all of today getting ready to leave for Phoenix with the hubby tomorrow and get the 2 youngest kids set up at my moms for the week. So lots of errands, grocery shopping, cleaning, and packing today. I am definitely taking my scale this time though. Last time I left I gained 12 pounds when I got back home, lol. So I think I need the accountability of still having to weigh everyday.
04/14 - 150.3 up a bit more today. Not enough water and bad food choices. Super busy day all day yesterday. Leaving for Phoenix in a couple hours and I am so ready for a break. It’s been a rough week.
04/15- dnw - after all my planning I forgot my darn scale at home. We have a pool at the place we are staying at so went swimming and laid out by the pool. Hopefully I can stay on track for the next couple of days.
04/16 - dnw
04/17 - dnw
04/18 - dnw
04/19 - 151.9 just got back last night and didn't destroy myself completely while I was gone. I refused to put any snacks or sweets in the house that we were staying in, so I couldn't snack all day long. I am up about 3 pounds, but most of that is probably alcohol and carbs. Lots of drinking went on the last couple of days with old friends. Also we drove back yesterday and that was a 7 hour ride in the car where I couldn't drink my normal 100 ounces of water or we would have never gotten home, lol. So I am back on track today with water, but we have no food in the house since we have been gone for the last 5 days. Need to go food shopping tomorrow and get ready for Easter. Had to go into work for a couple of hours today which really helps with my water consumption. Probably will finish high, but that's ok. I am super proud of my vacation gain, seeing as 2 months ago when we went to Vegas I came back and gained 12 pounds. I am hoping to be below 145 before Memorial Day (our family vaca with all of the kids).
04/20 - 151.0 going back down so that’s good. We are just getting ready for Easter today and so far have stayed on track. We got the call yesterday morning that my husbands grandma passed away and her memorial service will be held next Saturday. I guess they are cremating her today, which is just hard to think about. We have some stuff around the house that we have been putting off, so I think we are just trying to stay busy at this point. Tomorrow will be hard not to splurge, but I’m going to do my best. I bought a fruit tray to snack on and made mini cupcakes instead of the big ones. Little wins is what I’m working towards right now. I probably won’t end this round at the 148 something, I was before vacation, but I’m happy with my progress right now.
04/21 - 149.4 I’m so happy that only after 2 days I am back down. Now to just get through easter. We are doing bbq chicken instead of hamburgers and hotdogs, so maybe that will make the scale go my way. Happy Easter every one! Back to work tomorrow and to start working on that 145 goal!

04/12 - 194.6 This is happening more & more frequently, so I think it’s my “new normal”. Hit a new low, go up about a pound for several days, drop to the old low & beyond over the course of 2-3 days. Rinse, lather, repeat. 🤷🏻♀️
04/13 - 194.6 Waiting patiently for it to drop... 🚶🏻♀️
04/14 - 194.2 Tomorrow is the last day of one of the long-term challenges I’m in. I’d love to see a new low, or at least the one I caught a glimpse of last week! 🤞🏼
04/15 - 193.2 Wish granted! Net loss of 0.4 from last week. Excited to see if it continues to fall! 💫
04/16 - 193.2 Had a (large, delicious) impromptu dinner out with friends so I was expecting far worse! 🍲
04/17 - 191.6 Yay! ⭐️
04/18 - 191.4 Flickered on .2, but I’ll gladly take the continued drop regardless. I’m not picky 😉
04/19 - 190.6 Whoa! Will I get to see 180-something in April?? 😸
04/20 - 189.6 Why yes, apparently I will! 🤣
04/21 - 189.2 I don’t know *what* has happened this round... but I like it!! 😍
04/22 - 189.8 Looks like my avalanche of a drop has finished. No worries, I’m thrilled by the loss! 📉10 -

Ending weight round 72 - 145.3
Ending weight round 73 - 143.7
UGW - somewhere in the mid-130's. Will see what's attainable when I get in the 130's
Goal for round 74 - drop 1 pound.
4/13 - 144.0. Uptick to start off, yuck. Wins yesterday: dog walk and an upper body weights circuit. Hydrated well. Tracked food. Went to bed early. Ate too many snacks in the evening though and went over my calorie goal. My daughter’s softball tournament is cancelled due to rain so hopefully that helps me stay on track with food during the day. We are attending a Bat Mitzvah this evening so my goal is to not go overboard there. I don’t know what the food situation will be but I’m sure it will be delicious.
4/14 - 144.6. Not unexpected but I still hate to see it go up. Yesterday was my planned off day from the gym, and it coincided with a social event with food heavier than what I normally eat. And dessert 😉. So all was planned and I knew a higher number was possible. Also haven’t gotten enough sleep this weekend. Back on track today with a workout and tracking everything I eat.
4/15 - 145.1. Wrong direction! Wins Sunday: bodycombat class and a dog walk (cut shorter than I wanted due to rain but still got out there), good hydration. Tracked my food, but went over my calorie goal. We went out to a new breakfast place that opened near our house. I picked a healthier option but I'm sure it's higher calorie/uses more oil than I would make at home. And my daughter baked a cake so of course had a piece of that. I'm weak when it's in my house which is why I try not to have too much sugar at home! Today is a new day, and I feel a little stronger and more motivated than I did yesterday. At least right now . Hopefully that holds all day.
4/16- 144.8, not a big drop, but back in the right direction at least. Wins yesterday: 5.75 mile run, long dog walk (ended the day with just under 20,000 steps!), tracked my food, hydrated well. Things that didn't go well: not sleeping well the last couple of nights, went over calorie goal thanks to the cake that my daughter made. I cannot resist! Plus running makes me hungry... Goals for today - track everything and stay at goal, working from home and I tend to eat too much those days. Will really try to be conscious of this. I want to tighten everything up this week so I go in to travel this weekend in a good place.
4/17 - 144.4. Wins yesterday: HIIT class, long dog walk, hydrated well, tracked food and was really close to calorie goal only over by a small amount. Still snacking/grazing too much though. Also have a bit of a sore throat so not feeling great yesterday and today. Will take it easier on the physical activity today to hopefully feel better. Will work very hard to stay within my calorie goal today and not graze too much (at home again today - why is it so challenging to stay away from the kitchen while working at home??). Not sleeping well this week at all, I think that has something to do with it. Hoping for a more restful day which will help my mindset. I don't think I'll lose a pound from my starting weight this challenge, this one has been difficult. Will be happy to get back to where I was on 4/12 at this point.
4/18 - 144.4. Feeling very stuck. Wins yesterday: easy short recovery run and a short upper body weight circuit, long dog walk. Hydrated fairly well, room for improvement though. Still grazing/snacking too much at night. I start the day very strong and motivated, and lose it as the day goes on. Something needs to change. I am trying to focus on the positive - that I've lost over 5 pounds in less than a month. That's a great achievement. But I'm having a rough week and not feeling good about my efforts/progress in this challenge. Doing my best to regroup.
4/19 - 144.0. Wins yesterday - RPM class and a long dog walk. Hydrated well. Cupcakes at work so of course I had one, no willpower! But it didn't put me too far over my calorie goal for the day. Leaving later today for a weekend away at my in-laws'. Won't weigh in (I'm sure they have a scale but I like to weigh on mine for consistency) but will try to check in if I can. Will be hard to track food since I'm not preparing it but I'll do my best. Goal is to get out for long walks with the dog when I can, stay hydrated, and practice mindful eating in an attempt to not overindulge. My IL's - all of my husband's family, actually - are very fixated on food. Every meal is huge, they are great cooks but all meals are very heavy and there is always dessert. Portion control will be key. Will see on Monday what kind of damage was done
4/20 - traveling no scale. Checking in because it helps me to write out what I went through the day before in hopes I can improve. Yesterday was very anxiety-ridden. We had severe weather, massive storms and under a tornado warning 3 times. We found a short window of time where there was a lull to drive to my IL’s, and it was really bad here too. I could only get a short dog walk in as it poured mostly all day. The travel and the anxiety over the storms caused me to stress eat big time. Not happy with how I handled the day. Today is a new one. Going to do my best to get in a lot of movement, drink a lot of water, and portion control.
4/21 - traveling no scale. It’s been a rough couple of days. I’m sick, hit hard yesterday morning. I’ve been sedentary the last day and a half, and eating non stop out of boredom. It’s hard to be sick away from home. I did so well on the last two challenges and I’m really upset at how far I’ve fallen these last few days. I’m sure tomorrow’s weigh in will be ugly. I can wallow in self pity or I can pull it together. I’m choosing to do the latter.
4/229 -
Thank you for all the birthday wishes. I had a great day

REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

Thanks @quiltingjaine !
Went on a 17 mile bike ride this morning. Felt fantastic. I was a little worried because I haven't been cycling in a few weeks, but I've been doing a lot of elliptical and strength training so that probably helped.
Ate pretty reasonably given I could eat sweets again. But will probably be up tomorrow because of sugar and salt. We'll see.

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 74 (round 6 for me !) Bring it on again !!!
Female age 60
5' 4”
Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – but I am finding it difficult!
End of round 69 134.2 lbs
End of round 70 133.6
End of round 71 132.4
End of round 72 133.2
End of round 73 132.8
Last round I saw my lowest weight since September last year, shame I just nudged up again on the last day . Never mind, this is a new day and a new challenge, so lets rock it !! Over all I'm heading in the right direction, just need to keep going.
Day/Weight/Comment
04/13 133.8 – a super busy day yesterday – only had time to walk 4 miles. Off for our luxury weekend away today will try to limit the damage !!
04/14 NW – travelling. Almost 9 miles walked yesterday
04/15 NW – travelling. 8 ½ miles walked yesterday, travelling back later today.
04/16 133.8 – pleased with that after 3 days eating out & not being in control of how meals are prepared/cooked, I did try to make as many healthy choices as possible. Visited Sandringham House & Estate yesterday, walked just over 5 ½ miles yesterday.
04/17 133 - walked 9 miles yesterday. It was my birthday so did indulge in a small portion of cake and a little tot of alcohol to celebrate!!
04/18 133 - walked 12 ½ miles and an hours yoga yesterday.
04/19 133 - walked 6 miles pushing grandson in pushchair – didn't chase him around today as he is under the weather after his inoculations yesterday
04/20 133 - walked 11.75 miles yesterday, glorious sunny warm weather 😄
04/21 133.6 - walked just over 13 miles yesterday in hot sunny weather, but did keep water intake up. I know fluctuations happen, but, I've not eaten at least 500 calories of my exercise calories each day, my body is definitely more toned and smaller, but scales love to be in 133s ?? I don't get it !! Never mind, it's how my body looks that counts and I need to get smaller bras !!! Rant over !!!
04/22 132 - it's seems I got a bit more than a moan off my chest; a pound off to end the round, yippee !! Only 3 miles walked yesterday at the end of the day as DH, DS & myself took park in the Easter Egg charity motorcycle ride in aid of Sheffield's children's hospital followed by a family BBQ at DD with the baby grandchildren too. Such a wonderful way to spend Easter Sunday and with all our family. Ended the day well within my calories too even with having a small nibble of Easter egg chocolate 😁.

04/13 - 204.4 - much better. Although neither food nor exercise were good yesterday. I am happy to see a loss. I officially weigh in on Fridays and it was the first week in 2019 that I had seen a gain and I was very disappointed by it so I wallowed a bit. I'm over it now. Back on it again. Next week will be Easter and there will be lots of eggs around so I need to be on my best behaviour until then.
04/14 - 203.8 - feel much better about that. Food was good yesterday. Exercise not so much. Away from tomorrow morning early so will log my weight at some point and will weigh again when I get back on Friday.
04/15 - 203.0 - feeling much better about that number. I was good foodwise yesterday and I went for a long walk in dreadful conditions. I am way now until very early on Friday so who knows what I will weigh then.
04/16 - no scales
04/17 - no scales
04/18 - no scales
04/19 - 205.0 - away until this morning and had to eat out with not much access to healthy food and no exercise at all. Happy to be back to normality!
04/20 - 203.8 - back to exercising and choice in what eat. Just to keep it going now for the next 2 days!
04/21 - 203.0 - another bit off yippee. Good day yesterday. Plenty of water and exercise.
04/22 - 202.6 - a loss. Happy to finish this round 2.4lb lighter.

Day/Weight/Comment
04/13 - 200.4
04/14 – 200.8 Ok with this because feeling a little stiff after almost 2 hours of walking and running to play tag with the grandkids.
04/15 – 202.0 I messed up by eating under calories, but too much fat. Amazing how everything works together. It ok and will work harder. Rain most of the week, so stuck in the house.
04/16 – 200.4 much better now to work on getting into Onederland!
04/17 – 201.8 up again not worrying I am sick and not doing anything, just sleeping a lot.
04/18 – 201.8 glad not more than this but was hoping was less, I am still sick since Monday.
04/19 201.0 Hit my Easter goal of 201.0 – Although it was a struggle with being sick. No matter what will push forward. Once feeling better can get back to moving like I do and tracking much better.
04/20 – 199.4 I didn’t even want to step on scale this morning, I am not eating right, I still feel like crap and should be excited about the loss, but know it may not last because not eating enough calories to survive with being sick.
04/21 – 199.2 Happy Easter all! Enjoy this day with your families and loved ones.
04/22 – 200.2 Disappointing was hoping to hold onto yesterday’s weight, but still sick and starting to eat now. So did expect this.
End Results: ↓1.2lbs this round

04/13 – 140.5 – Last Saturday in the office for me until next January! I will try to avoid the mindless stress snacking today, but I’m taking advantage of our last catered lunch. Have a good weekend everyone!
04/14 – 140.5
04/15 – 142 – This always happens when I eat stuffing with supper. My CPA office will also be celebrating tax filing day today, so tomorrow’s weigh in may be worse. I’m within maintenance range though so I’ll worry about getting back on track after the next couple days.
04/16 – 142.5
04/17 – 142 – My office was closed yesterday, so I spent the day lazing around watching mindless television while trying to get over this sinus/throat infection I’ve been battling the past couple weeks. I also indulged in some comfort foods. Back to work today and back to a more healthy mindset about my eating. I may end up at the Dr. later though, because I can’t seem to shake this infection.
04/18 – 141 – I ate well yesterday and drank plenty of water. I’m also on antibiotics now so I have to limit dairy and I’ll avoid my evening glass of wine. I’ll try to eat more protein to make up for the lost calories.
04/19 – 141.5 – Half day of work today, then home to clean and get ready for family to come over on Sunday. I’ll try to eat at weight loss calories the next couple days to prepare for all the good food.
04/20 – 142.5
04/21 – 142.5
04/22 – 143 – I had a lot of fun over the weekend! Back to weight loss calories for the week.

04/22 - 155.4 - Well, I'm only 0.2lbs above last round's end weight so I'll take it as a successful maintenance round. Had some craziness but this past week has been nothing but craziness. Back on track as much as I can be with all the events going on in my life (: I'm pretty happy to be back down this low after a weekend, especially one camping. Didn't drink near enough water, but using the restroom in the woods while camping isn't my favorite so sacrifices had to be made. Ready for another round!

04/15 - Long weekend. Bloated as all get out from high salt dinner (the food we had planned didn't thaw in time and I hadn't been to this one Chinese buffet before so we decided to go there instead). Worked outside all day helping to clean up the garden and plant some new flowers but barely had any water. I know this should be temporary as I even woke up feeling like I'd just stuffed myself silly with food. Good news is that I'm starting 2lbs higher which means hopefully only downward from here!
04/16 - There it is! I knew the weekend weight was just water that'd drop off. I feel much better and less bloated in general. I'm hurting so bad today (the injections were last night and take about 24-48 hours to really kick in but until then, it's achy from the slight trauma). Stuck at my desk and probably can't stand too much so my steps and therefore activity will be low. Already ate breakfast because dinner was so small I was still hungry but there were no leftovers or snacks at my friend's house and I woke up at 4 drenched in sweat and stomach growling. Gotta be careful on food from here on out today. Lots of water it is! I didn't make goal yesterday but after 2 days of almost no water, it'll take me a day or two to build back up. Feeling confident despite the inconveniences and bumps in the road.
04/17 - WATER, GIRL, DRINK YOUR FOXING WATER (I have a water bottle that says "For Fox Sake, Drink Your Effing Water" so I decided to play on that). Late night, grilled hot dogs (no bun) with my neighbors but cheese puffs when hungry apparently are my downfall. And I didn't even know I liked them! Plus I replaced my last 15oz of water for the day with beer. Oops. So likely sodium, late dinner, and water. Should go back down again if I stay on track today
04/18 - Well, late night unexpected dinner out did me in, especially with sodium. Was good on water but could be better (hit my 75oz goal). Pretty sure between eating lunch out (work) and then surprise dinner out with friends, I went way over calories. New day, try again. Frustrating because I get my tattoo today and it was my 10lb loss reward but I'm back to 8lb loss instead. Ugh. Motivation to earn it back I suppose.
04/19 - Stayed at boyfriend's last night because we got home so late from dinner with a friend. The scale at work hasn't budged since last Friday (granted I'm fully clothed with boots on when I weigh in for Biggest Loser at work) so I'm hoping that means since it's the same as when I was at my lowest, I've dropped a little excess water weight since yesterday. But I won't hold my breath and I'll find out for sure come Monday.

Round three for me! We're in spring break at school and I have a lot on my calendar. We'll be celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, going to an MLB game, travelling to spend time with friends and their new baby, and gathering with family for Easter. This time, I'd like to average 100,000 steps for the ten days, so I'll need to add extra walking on days we're not driving. I'm not looking to actively lose weight this round, but I'd like to maintain my hard work from the last two rounds.

Day/Weight/Comment
04/13 184.6 lb Holding steady! No workout yesterday due to a meeting that went long and unanticipated traffic on the way home. I had to get home to walk the pup! I tracked 11,415 steps. Take-out Thai food was dinner and I ate lightly throughout the day to not blow-out my calorie goals. I expect some sort of gain in the next couple of days due to planned events with high-calorie foods options.
04/14 184.6 lb Still looking good. I only tracked 5,150 steps yesterday so I'll need to take the dog out for a long walk later. We went out for lunch and it ended up being my only meal of the day and that allowed me to meet my calorie goals. Again, I'm anticipating a gain in the next couple of check-ins. We're heading to a baseball game this afternoon and I'm making a key lime pie for my boyfriend's birthday.
04/15 185.6 lb I ate so much junk yesterday. Bagel and cream cheese for breakfast, sausage and peppers and beer for lunch at the game (Go Red Sox!), and pizza, key lime pie, and GOT whiskey for dinner. Good thing birthdays only happen once a year. 😂 I wish I checked my Fitbit before I took it off because it had tracked 9,982 steps. There's something about seeing the number go over 10,000 that I really enjoy. I've got three days of light eating planned and then we're off travelling for a few days.
04/16 187.0 lb Not surprised. I tracked 10,015 steps yesterday and went a little over my calorie goals. I'm definitely going to the gym this afternoon and walking the dog this morning because we're planning on going out for dinner. We put a water filter on our kitchen tap because the water was very metallic tasting, so I'm sure my water intake will be up. I'm looking for no gain tomorrow!
04/17 187.0 lb No gain! I had tons of water, tracked 13,598 steps, and burned about 300 calories at the gym. I've tracked a little over 50,000 steps for the last five days, so I'm on track to meet my step goal. I ate lightly throughout the day to help out my dinner calories, but I got a Long Island iced tea that I regret. It was all sour mix and not worth the calories. 😖 More dog walking and another gym visit planned for this afternoon and then pub trivia with the family!
04/18 188.0 lb Yup. Beer and buffalo chicken sandwich for dinner. 15,315 steps tracked and about 40 minutes at the gym on the elliptical yesterday. Traveled 6 hours today and ate garbage food all day. I'm already looking forward to the next round to lose what I gained this round.
04/19 Travelling, no scale
04/20 Travelling, no scale
04/21 185.8 lb I didn't wear my Fitbit at all yesterday due to being in the car for most of the day. Something I had for dinner on Friday didn't agree with me, so I barely had more than a can of ginger ale yesterday. I'm feeling a little better today, but I have no appetite to speak of. It's nice to be home with the pup though!
04/22 185.6 lb Very pleased overall. The last ten days were a challenge and I'm happy I only went up one pound. I averaged about 7,900 steps each day and for a NSV, I found a couple pairs of size 14 jeans at the thrift store with the tags still on that were originally $99.99 and I got for a steal at $16.49. They fit great with no muffin top; something that wasn't happening last month. Looking forward to round 75!9 -

04/13: 187.6 After the way last round went, I'm hoping this small drop is a good sign for this round!
04/14: 186.6
04/15: 186.4
04/16: 186.8 I've been off for the last 2 days so this isn't as bad as what I thought it would be.
04/17: 185.4
04/18: 186.4 Well, I seen 185 so I'm hoping I'll make my goal this round! Water game was great yesterday, food wasn't bad either.
04/19: 183.6 I'm trying not to get too excited over this number. Maybe it's a fluke... I stepped on the scale 3 times to make sure lol Maybe it's the woosh I've been expecting since last round. Or maybe it's because I changed the batteries in my scale last night. Hopefully tomorrow shows the same!
04/20: 184.0 Happy with this number. This weekend is gonna be rough... birthday party today, tomorrow Easter, and my niece is in town so we always go out to dinner at some buffet. Still confident that I can hit my goal by the end of the round. Happy Saturday!
04/21: 184.6 Happy Easter!
04/22: 186.4 Ouch! But I had a great Easter with the family. Worth it. TOM is coming, so I'm not too excited about next round. I feel like I've been rushing to get to certain numbers, and I know as long as I stick with it, it WILL happen... SO here we go... onto round 75! Hope you all had a great Easter

04/13 - 276.6 - Woot! I got to sleep to closer to my actual waking point. Yesterday was my fast day until five (I have meds that require food). My sleep was interrupted at one point due to the fire alarm, no actual fire though. My cat still freaked out and hid under the bed. I'm almost to my next goal!
04/14 276.8 - A slight uptick caused by a rude awakening early. My cat insisted that I get up early. He pawed at my face and then my back and head when I turned over to go back to sleep. I think the snow was setting off his alarm bells. It was getting kinda chilly in the room. I had left the window open as it wasn't supposed to get that cold or windy as it was. I got a lot of walking in today. I finished with 27,020 steps. I did Zombies, Run! (London Calling) and a regular walk along with walking during commercial breaks. Tomorrow I start Week 3 of Zombies, Run! Couch to 5K
04/15 - 275.8 - Sooooo close to my next main target goal. It's 275, then the next one will be 250. I can't believe how far I've come. I started this journey this year at 339.8 on January 2nd. So I hope to reach that 275 this round and to surpass it, actually. I had to put on my winter coat to go to church yesterday due to unexpected shift in the weather yesterday morning. I haven't been able to button it up in years. I was able to button all the buttons with more than enough room to move around in the coat yesterday. It was nice. Today is Week 3, Day 1 of couch to 5K Zombies, Run! style, more walking, doctor's appointment and blood draw.
04/16 - 276 - Slight uptick, but weighed waaaay early due to waking up early again. I may have to try something different to try and get my sleep. I am fasting today to grieve the loss of the Notre Dame Cathedral, while she is not utterly destroyed it is going to take a generation and an untold fortune to rebuild her. It is also unfortunate that this happened during Holy Week. In one picture it looked like she was battling Hell itself. I am grateful to all 400 firefighters and further security personnel that worked to battle the blaze and keep the people safe as well. For the firefighter that was seriously injured I pray for his/her speedy recovery today. I will be doing some walking today. Yesterday I did do Week 3, Day 1 of my couch to 5K in the morning, it truly tested me.
04/17 - 271.8 - Well this was unexpected. It’s nice to see but unexpected. I did some walking and praying yesterday. I also did an episode of Zombies, Run! I’m not sure when I will do the next training session of couch to 5K training as I have an appointment this morning I don’t want to be late for. I can’t push it till tomorrow morning due to my aid coming. And Friday is a food pantry. I’ll figure it out.
04/18 - 273.4 - Eh. Not sure about the number. Weighed in an hour early. I woke up early due to the weather and couldn't get back to sleep. I did another episode of Zombies, Run! yesterday and unfortunately I discovered that the fun DJ's that come on after the mission are not coming on because I have to run through all the missions again! in order to get them back. Oh, well. It'll take awhile, but to me it's worth it.
04/19 - 272.2 - Going back down. I slept a bit later this morning, but still up early. I managed to Week 3, Day 2 of C25K yesterday. I got a little bit dizzy and quesy starting in the middle of it and got progressively worse. My glucose tablets finally arrive today, and I plan on carrying them with me the next I exercise just in case it happens again. I also walked for an hour using Zombies, Run! starting over with Mission 1.
04/20 - 270.0 - Woke up at a good time this morning. I'm going to the gym for Week 3, Day 3 of Zombies, Run! C25K. I will also do an episode or two in the community room later today too. Sun is out and it will be in the low 70's. Walking to and from the gym, taking my tablets with me, just in case. I may not have the problem since I am going closer to breakfast than I did last time. I expect it to be a good day. I am going to try and see my grandmother in the afternoon.
04/21 - 269.6 - Yay! Another day moving down. Today was also my official weigh-in. I completed week 3 of Zombies, Run C25K. I also did two episodes of the regular Zombies, Run! I did one in the park and one in the community room.
04/22 - 268.0 - Whoosh! It seems increasing my calories is not having the effect that my dietitian expected. It is not slowing my weight loss at all. Yesterday I walked to and from Church (basically from, to the bus stop in front of my building). I visited my grandmother. I did two episodes of Zombies, Run! (Supply Run - 32 minutes, walked additional for to equal an hour; Voice in the Dark - 40 mins). Today I'm going to try and do Week 4, Day 1 of Zombis, Run! version of C25K.
